1. Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan Terms and Conditions. The Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan is a time-limited complimentary prepaid service plan offered by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (“YTLC”) in collaboration with its Partner to each Traveller (as defined below), subject to these Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan Terms and Conditions. By activating the complimentary Yes Travellers SIM Card and/or using the Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan, each Traveller acknowledges that he/she understands these Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan Terms and Conditions, and agrees to abide by them.

2. Applicable Terms and Conditions. Subject only to the variations as expressly set out herein, all other terms and conditions in the Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions available at www.yes.my/docs/tnc/ shall be applicable and are binding on each Traveller. In the event of any inconsistency between these Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan Terms and Conditions and the Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions, these Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

3. Offer Period. The Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan is available from 2nd December 2022 until further notice, and while stocks last.

4. The Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan.
4.1 The Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan consists of a Yes Travellers SIM Card which is preloaded with a Mobile Number.
4.2 Subject to Clause 4.3 below, YTLC may, directly or through one of its Partners, provide a Yes Travellers SIM Card to a Traveller for his/her use in conjunction with the Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan.
4.3 Each Traveller must not have, in aggregate, more than five (5) prepaid accounts with Yes.
4.4 The service offering under the Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan are as follows:-

* Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan Add-Ons can only be purchased via MyYes App.

5. Activation of Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan.
A Traveller is required to perform a one-time activation of the Yes Travellers SIM Card within thirty (30) days from the date he/she receives the Yes Travellers SIM Card failing which the Yes Travellers SIM Card can no longer be activated and the Traveller’s Service account shall be terminated accordingly. In such instance, any payment made by the Traveller shall be automatically forfeited and no refund/compensation shall be made to the Traveller.

6. 10GB Internet Data.
6.1 A Traveller may utilise the 10GB Internet Data during the Service Validity Period.
6.2 If, during the Service Validity Period / Account Validity Period, a Traveller has fully utilised:
(a) the 10GB Internet Data; and
(b) any Data Add-Ons purchased during the Account Validity Period (if applicable), the Traveller may enjoy Free Basic Internet during the remaining days of the Account Validity Period.
6.3 Upon expiry of the Service Validity Period, any Data in the 10GB Internet Data which remains unutilised shall be forfeited automatically without any refund/compensation.

7. Charges & SST.
7.1 Save as expressly provided herein, there will be no charges imposed for domestic On-Net Services.
7.2 Charges will be imposed for all IDD Service in accordance with the voice calls and SMS rates
published at www.yes.my/roaming/. 
7.3 For clarity, charges will apply for voice calls to special and toll free numbers, including but not limited to these numbers listed below:-

7.4 The charges stated in this Clause 7 are exclusive of SST.

8. Limitation of Liability.
YTLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan.
9. Right to change.
YTLC reserves the right to change, modify and/or amend these Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan Terms and Conditions or any part thereof at any time without any liability to the Traveller. For the purposes of this provision, any modification, change and/or amendment to these Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be effective upon a notice being placed on YTLC’s official website at www.yes.my. YTLC may also notify the Traveller by sending a notice electronically to the Traveller’s last known e-mail address provided to YTLC.

10. Definitions.
All capitalised terms and expressions in these Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan Terms and Conditions, unless defined herein, shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions.
“10GB Internet Data” shall have the same meaning ascribed to it in Clause 3.3 herein.
“Account Validity Period” means seven (7) days commencing from the date of activation of the Yes Travellers SIM Card.
“Data” means data service provided via the Yes Travellers SIM Card.
“Free Basic Internet” means the Internet access service provided free as part of the Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan at throttled speed of 256kbps on best effort basis.
“Off-Net Services” means the provisioning of services beyond YTLC’s network where access to a third party service provider’s network will be required in order to provide the services.
“On-Net Services” means the provisioning of services within YTLC’s network and access to a third party service provider’s network will not be required in order to provide the services.
“Partner” means any person with whom YTLC is collaborating to offer the Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan.
“Service Validity Period” means twenty-four (24) hours commencing from the time of activation of the Yes Travellers SIM Card.
“SST” means any sales and services tax or any similar value added tax on the sale of goods or the provision of services in accordance to the Sales Tax Act 2018 and/or the Service Tax Act 2018.
“Traveller” means any person who is provided with a complimentary Yes Travellers SIM Card.
“Yes Travellers SIM Card” means a SIM Card provided by YTLC whether directly or through one of its Partners, to a Traveller for his/her use in conjunction with the Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan.
