Yes, you can now purchase both Principal Lines and Supplementary Lines in a single order. - Where can I access to multiple Postpaid line purchase?
For new users:
(i) Download the MyYes app and tap on ‘New to Yes?’;
(ii) Select ‘Postpaid’; and
(iii) Add your desired plans to the cart. For existing users:
(i) Log in to the MyYes app and tap on ‘Buy SIM’;
(ii) Select ‘Postpaid’; and
(iii) Add your desired plans to the cart. - Why am I encountering an issue when checking out multiple Postpaid lines?
The issue may be caused by selecting an ineligible plan or exceeding the 15 Postpaid line limit. To proceed, try removing some items from your cart. The Postpaid line you are signing up for will be subject to the terms and conditions of the selected plan. - Can I choose and mix different Yes SIM (SIM card or eSIM) types for multiple Postpaid lines?
You can only purchase one type of Yes SIM at a time for multiple Postpaid lines. - How do I activate multiple Postpaid lines of Yes SIMs purchased?
All SIMs will be activated for all Postpaid lines purchased in one activation. Just follow these simple steps for your Yes SIM activation. If you are a New User, please follow these steps:
(i) Download the MyYes app.
(ii) On the login page, choose ‘Activate SIM’.
(iii) Tap the ‘Start’ button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen.
(iv) Once activation is successful, log in to your Service account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. If you can’t find your password, you can log in using the TAC method.If you are an Existing User, please follow these steps:
(i) Log in to the MyYes app.
(ii) Go to Quick Access, choose the ‘Activate SIM’ button, and follow the self-activation steps on the screen.
(iii) Once activation is successful, log in to your Service account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. If you can’t find your password, you can log in using the TAC method.Note:
For Principal and Supplementary line registration that opts for Switch to Yes (MNP), a temporary Yes number will be assigned to each MNP number for activation. - Can I change the Login Password for other activated lines?
Yes, all activated multiple Postpaid lines initially share the same password. However, you can easily change it in the Profile section after logging in. - How can I port-in my Family Plan from another Telco to Yes?
