- The Programme.
The Yes Prepaid FT5G RM15 Service Plan Programme (“Programme”) is a time-limited programme launched by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (Company No.200701035605 (793634-V)) (“YTLC”). - Eligibility
The Programme is open to all Malaysians and non-Malaysians residing in Malaysia aged 12 years and above with 5G smartphone (“Eligible Subscribers”). (Please visit www.yes.my/supported-devices to determine which of the smartphones can support the 5G-enabled SIM Card.) - Applicable Terms & Conditions.
Subject only to the variations as expressly set out herein (“Programme T&Cs”), all other terms and conditions incorporated in the Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions, Yes 4G LTE Prepaid Plan Terms and Conditions, Prepaid Data Add-On Terms and Conditions and Yes First To 5G Campaign Terms and Conditions available at @www.yes.my/tnc (collectively referred as “General Applicable Terms and Conditions”) shall remain valid and applicable to this Programme. In the event of any inconsistency between the General Applicable Terms and Conditions and these Programme T&Cs, these Programme T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency. Words in capital not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to in the General Applicable Terms and Conditions. - Programme Period.
This Programme will commence on 29th March 2022, 12:00 a.m. and continue until further notice. (“Programme Period”). - Subscription of Yes Prepaid FT5G RM15 Service Plan.
5.1 Subject to Clause 6.2 below, an Eligible Subscriber may subscribe to the Yes Prepaid FT5G RM15 Service Plan during the Programme Period at Yes Stores and Yes Authorised Dealers.
5.2 Each Yes Prepaid FT5G RM15 Service Plan consists of one (1) 5G-enabled SIM Card and a Yes Mobile Number. - The Programme.

6.2 Each Eligible Subscriber is entitled to register up to five (5) Yes Prepaid FT5G RM15 Service Plan only provided that the Eligible Subscriber does not have, in aggregate, more than five (5) prepaid service accounts with Yes.
6.3 A Subscriber of the Yes Prepaid FT5G RM15 Service Plan is required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the SIM Card, failing which the SIM Card can no longer be activated and no replacement SIM Card will be provided.
6.4 A Subscriber of the Yes Prepaid FT5G RM15 Service Plan may enjoy the service offerings under the 5G network up to 30 days from date of activation of the SIM card; thereafter, the service offerings will be on a 4G network. Such Subscriber may also purchase the FT5G Data Add-On as specified in Clause 6 of the Yes First To 5G Campaign Terms and Conditions.
6.5 Please take note that certain areas may not be within 5G network coverage. In such instance, a Subscriber of the Yes Prepaid FT5G RM15 Service Plan will continue to enjoy uninterrupted 4G connectivity on our Yes network.
6.6 The 5G internet speed on the Yes Prepaid FT5G RM15 Service Plan fully depends on the 5G network coverage in such area.
6.7 The 5G-enabled SIM Card can only be used on certain types of smartphones. As such, please visit www.yes.my/supported-devices to determine which of the smartphones can support the 5G-enabled SIM Card.
6.8 The unlimited On-Net Services are exclusive for Your use in Malaysia only and applicable for communications between person-to-person personal use and not commercial use. Therefore, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including by using Your SIM Card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activities are considered non-standard usage and is therefore prohibited.
6.9 Charges & SST
6.9.1 Save as expressly provided herein, there will be no charges imposed for domestic On-Net Services. However, the following charges will be imposed for domestic Off-Net Services:-

YTLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Programme. - Laws
This Programme shall in all respect be governed by the laws of Malaysia. - Modifications.
YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add to, delete, vary or amend the terms and conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of this Programme, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to the Eligible Subscribers or any other party. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, YTLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Programme at any time before or during the Programme Period with notice but without any liability or compensation whatsoever.
