1. The Programme.
   The Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan Programme (“Programme”) is a time-limited programme launched by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (Company No.200701035605 (793634-V)) (“YTLC”) in collaboration with Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Shopee”) (Company No. 201501009497 (1134832-W)).
2. Eligibility
   An individual intending to subscribe to the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan shall satisfy the following conditions:-
   2.1 Malaysian citizens between the ages of 18 and 20 years at the time of subscription of the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan;
   2.2 full-time students enrolled in courses equivalent to diploma or SKM4 or tertiary education in a university or university college respectively and regulated by the Universities and Universities Colleges Act 1971 (Act 30) or private higher education institution regulated by the Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996;  and
   2.3 registered with and verified by Shopee as being eligible to subscribe to the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan. Please click @ [https://shopee.com.my/m/epemula] to obtain further details on the Programme.
   (hereinafter shall be collectively referred to as an “Eligible Subscriber”)
3. Applicable Terms & Conditions.
   Subject only to the variations as expressly set out herein (“Programme T&Cs”), all other terms and conditions incorporated in the Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions, YES 4G LTE Prepaid Plan Terms and Conditions, Prepaid Data Add-On Terms and Conditions and Yes First To 5G Campaign Terms and Conditions available at yes.my/tnc (collectively referred as “General Applicable Terms and Conditions”) shall remain valid and applicable to this Programme. In the event of any inconsistency between the General Applicable Terms and Conditions and these Programme T&Cs, these Programme T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency. Words in capital not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to in the General Applicable Terms and Conditions.
4. Programme Period.
   This Programme will commence on 13^th April 2022, 12:00 a.m. and continue until 1^st Jun 2022, 11:59 p.m. (“Programme Period”).
5. Subscription of Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan.
   1 Subject to Clause 6.2 below, an Eligible Subscriber may subscribe to the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan during the Programme Period via Shopee YES Official Store  only.
   5.2 The Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan consists of :-
   (a) one (1) 5G-enabled SIM Card; and
   (b) a pre-assigned Yes Mobile Number.
6. The Programme.
   The service offerings under the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan are as stated below:-

   * The price stated above may be off-set against the  RM 50 ePemula Shopee Voucher by completing the steps stated in Clause 7 below.
   ** Within 5G coverage areas only

   6.2 An  Eligible Subscriber is entitled to register up to five (5) Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan only provided that the Eligible Subscriber does not have, in aggregate, more than five (5) prepaid service accounts with Yes. Notwithstanding the number of Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan subscribed, an Eligible Subscriber is entitled to one (1) Voucher only.

   6.3 An Eligible Subscriber of the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan is required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the SIM Card, failing which the SIM Card can no longer be activated and no replacement SIM Card will be provided.

   6.4 An Eligible Subscriber of the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan may enjoy the service offerings under the 5G network up to 30 days from date of activation of the SIM card, thereafter, the service offerings will be on a 4G network.  An Eligible Subscriber of the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan may also purchase any of the data add-on denomination made available by Yes under the FT5G Data Add-On as specified in Clause 6 of the Yes First To 5G Campaign Terms and Conditions.

   6.5 Please take note that certain areas may not be within 5G network coverage. In such instances, an Eligible Subscriber of the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan will continue to enjoy uninterrupted 4G connectivity on our Yes network.

   6.6 The 5G internet speed on the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan fully depends on the 5G network coverage in such area.

   6.7 The 5G-enabled SIM Card can only be used on certain types of smartphones. As such, please visit www.yes.my/supported-devices to determine which of the smartphones can support the 5G-enabled SIM Card.

   6.8 The unlimited On-Net Services are exclusive for Your use in Malaysia only and applicable for communications between person-to-person personal use and not commercial use. Therefore, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including by using Your SIM Card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activities are considered non-standard usage and is therefore prohibited.

   6.9 Charges & SST

   6.9.1 Save as expressly provided herein, there will be no charges imposed for domestic On-Net Services. However, the following charges will be imposed for domestic Off-Net Services:-

   6.9.2 Charges will be imposed for all IDD Service in accordance with the voice calls and SMS rates published @ www.yes.my/roaming.

   6.9.3 For clarity, charges will apply for voice calls to special and toll free numbers, including but not limited to those numbers listed below:-

7. Redemption of the RM 50 ePemula Shopee Voucher
   7.1 An Eligible Subscriber may redeem the RM 50 ePemula Shopee Voucher (“Voucher”) by adopting the following steps:-
   7.1.1 An Eligible Subscriber shall log-in to his/her Shopee account and click on the relevant tabs on the Voucher redemption.
   7.1.2 Shopee will verify whether such Eligible Subscriber is eligible to redeem the Voucher and if eligible, Shopee will allocate one (1) Voucher only to the Eligible Subscriber’s Shopee account.
   7.1.3 The Eligible Subscriber shall redeem the Voucher on or by 1/6/2022 by 11.59p.m.
   7.2 The Yes 5G-enable SIM Card will be delivered to the Eligible Subscriber within:
   7.2.1 5-7 working days from the date of successful redemption of the Yes ePemula Service Plan.7.3 All Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan shall be redeemed by 1^st June 2022 by 11.59p.m., after which time, any unredeemed Voucher will automatically lapse and shall  not be replaced. For purposes of clarity, no refund will be provided for any failure to redeem the Voucher on or by the date mentioned hereinabove.

   7.4 If an Eligible Subscriber cancels the Yes FT5G ePemula Service Plan purchased by use of the Voucher, the RM 50 ePemula Shopee Voucher will automatically be deemed to be invalid. However such Eligible Subscribers may contact Shopee to request for a new Voucher subject to Shopee’s sole discretion.

   7.5 The Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.

8. Limitation of Liability.
   YTLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Programme.
9. Laws
   This Programme shall in all respect be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
10. Modifications.
    YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add to, delete, vary or amend the terms and conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of this Programme, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to the Eligible Subscribers or any other party. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, YTLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Programme at any time before or during the Programme Period with notice but without any liability or compensation whatsoever.
