This promotion is open to all Malaysian citizens who fulfils the following condition:-
(i) Individuals below 21 years of age and in possession of a valid MyKad, MyPR or My Tentera, whichever that is applicable; or
(ii) Individuals who are 21 years of age and above and in possession of a valid MyKad, MyPR or My Tentera and Student ID - What is the duration of this Promotion?
This Promotion period will be from 15th October 2021 until 31st March 2024. - How can I apply for this Promotion?
If you are an Eligible Subscriber, you may apply for this Promotion via MyYes app, Yes Online Store or Yes Stores only. *Effective 4th November 2022, The Pakej Yes Remaja Keluarga Malaysia Promotion may apply via Yes Store only. - How many Promotion Package can I register?
An Eligible Subscriber may subscribe to more than one Promotion Package provided always that he/she may only register for up to a total of five (5) Prepaid Mobile Numbers. - Is there expiry date to the Promotion Package?
The validity period of the service offerings under the Promotion Package is ninety (90) days only from the date of successful activation of the Promotion Package which means you cannot use the service offerings under the Promotion Package after the expiry of the Promotion Package. - Do I need to manually redeem the additional 1GB daily LTE Data?
Yes, You may redeem it ONCE a day manually via MyYes app. - Does the Promotion Package allow me to participate in the Kasi Up Refer & Earn Programme?
Yes, you may participate in the Kasi Up Refer & Earn Programme upon activation of your Service account under the Promotion Package by sharing your referral code with family and friends. For further details, please refer to the Yes Kasi Up Refer & Earn Terms and Conditions. - I have received my SIM, how do I activate it to start using my data right away?
To activate your SIM Card:For New User
(i) Download the MyYes app
(ii) On the login page, press “New User”
(iii) Press “Activate SIM” button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen; and
(iv) Once your activation is successful, you can now login to your Service account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. You can also login using the TAC method if you cannot find your password.For Existing User
(i) Login to the MyYes app
(ii) Go to Quick Access, press “Activate SIM” button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen
(iii) Once your activation is successful, you can now login to your Service account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. You can also login using the TAC method if you cannot find your password. - Will I be allowed to carry forward any unused data under the Promotion Package upon expiry of the Account Validity Period?
No, you cannot carry forward any unused data under the Promotion Package after the expiry of the Account Validity Period. Any balance internet data which remains unutilised shall be forfeited at the expiry of the Account Validity Period. - Can I purchase any Prepaid Data Add-On before expiry of my Account Validity Period?
Yes, you may purchase Prepaid Data Add-On before expiry of your Account Validity Period. - Will there be any charges imposed for any On-Net Voice Calls?
All domestic On-Net Voice Calls are free. However, charges will be imposed on all international calls, roaming and IDD Calls and SMS in accordance with the voice calls and SMS rates found at https://www.yes.my/roaming. - Will there be any charges imposed for any Off-Net Voice Calls?
Yes, all Off-Net Voice Calls are subjected to a standard rate. Please refer to the table below:-
