  2. How do I find my Referral Code?
    Your Referral Code is your Yes number. If someone else uses your Referral Code during their purchase of any Yes Postpaid or Prepaid Service Plan/(s), you will receive Cash Reward upon their activation.
  3. Will I be completely excluded from participating in the Yes Kasi Up Refer & Earn Programme if I have subscribed to any of the Excluded Service Plans?
    You can participate in the Yes Kasi Up, Prihatin and Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans Refer & Earn Programme as long as you have subscribed to a Postpaid Service Plan and/or Prepaid Service Plan, in addition to the Excluded Service Plans. Just share the Referral Code of such Postpaid Service Plan or Prepaid Service Plan you have subscribed to.
  4. As a Referrer, how do I share my Referral Code?
    You may share your Referral Code via the Refer Now button on the MyYes app.

  5. Can I use my own Referral Code to subscribe to any of the Kasi Up Plans or Jaringan Prihatin Plans?
    No, you cannot use your own Referral Code to subscribe to any of the Kasi Up Plans under this Yes Kasi Up Refer & Earn Programme.
  6. What is the Cash Reward?
    The Cash Reward is dependent on the type of plan that is purchased using your Referral Code.

  7. Are there any limitations in the number of people I can refer under the Yes Kasi Up Refer & Earn Programme?
    No, there are no limitations. You can earn as much cash as you can by referring as many people as you can.
  8. Can I transfer or assign my Referral Code to any other person(s)?
    No, you cannot transfer or assign your Referral Code to any other person.
  9. When can I redeem the Cash Reward?
    You can redeem the Cash Reward once it is reflected in your wallet. Please note that you may:
    (a) Apply for only one (1) cash withdrawal; and
    (b) A minimum of RM50 to a maximum sum of RM5,000.00 only per day.
    In addition, you may perform cash-outs not exceeding RM20, 000.00 per month.
  10. Will I be able to redeem the Cash Reward in the In Wallet once my Service account is terminated?
    No, you will not be able to redeem the Cash Reward in the In Wallet once your Service account is terminated. Any unredeemed Cash Reward in the In Wallet will be surrendered to the Registrar of Unclaimed Money under the Accountant-General’s Department.
  11. What can I do with the Cash Reward in my In Wallet?
    You can:
    (a) Cash out
    (b) Pay your bill
    (c) Purchase Prepaid Reloads
    (d) Purchase any Data Add-Ons, except of Data Roaming Add-Ons
  12. How do I cash out the Cash Rewards that I have earned?
    1. Download the MyYes app and log on;
    2. Click on the Yes Kasi Up Refer & Earn banner;
    3. Click on the tab “Redeem”;
    4. Choose the Cash Out Option;
    5. Key in your bank details, personal details and the amount you intend to cash out;
    6. Click on the button “Request TAC”;
    7. Key in the 6-digit TAC number sent by way of SMS to your registered phone number; and
    8. Click on the tab “submit”.
  13. How can I use the Cash Rewards to perform Bill payments?
    1. Download the MyYes app and log on;
    2. Click on the Yes Kasi Up Refer & Earn banner;
    3. Click on the tab “Redeem”;
    4. Click on the tab “Choose Bill Payment”;
    5. Click on the tab “Pay Outstanding Amount”;
    6. Click on the tab “Payment Type My Rewards”; and
    7. Click on the tab “Pay Now”.
  14. How can I use the Cash Reward to purchase Prepaid Reloads?
    1. Download the MyYes app and log on;

    5. Click on the tab “Type of Reload Amount”;

  15. How can I use the Cash Reward to purchase Data Add-Ons?
    1. Download the MyYes app and log on;

    3. Click on the tab “Redeem”;
    4. Click on the tab “Buy Add-Ons”;
    5. Click on the tab “Type of Add-On”;
    6. Click on the tab “Payment Type My Rewards”; and

  16. Can I use the Cash Reward in the In Wallet towards Bill payment, to purchase Prepaid Reloads and/or purchase Data Add-Ons if my Service account is barred or suspended?
    You may still use the Cash Reward in the In Wallet towards Bill payments, to purchase Prepaid Reloads or to purchase Data Add-Ons even though your Service account is barred or suspended. You cannot perform cash out of the Cash Reward if your Service account is barred or suspended.
  17. Is there any expiry date on the Cash Rewards in the In Wallet?
    No, there is no expiry date on the Cash Reward in the In Wallet.
  18. How long does it take for the Cash Reward cash out payment to be deposited into my bank account?
    It depends on the GIRO policy of each bank. Please check with your respective banks should you require any clarification.
