In accordance with the law, all customers of prepaid services are required to register their relevant particulars with their respective service providers. - When can I use the preloaded 10GB Internet Data in the Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan?
You may use the preloaded 10GB Internet Data in the Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan upon successful activation of your SIM Card.
To activate your SIM Card, please download MyYes App from Android Play Store, Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery. After downloading MyYes App, you may activate your SIM card by following SIM activation steps. - Does the 10GB Internet Data have an expiry date?
Yes, it does. It is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) hours only from the time of successful activation of the Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan. - What happens to any unused Data under the 10GB Internet Data upon expiry of the Service Validity Period?
Any unused Data after the expiry of the Service Validity Period shall be automatically forfeited, and no refund/compensation shall be made to You. - Can I purchase any Prepaid Data Add-Ons before expiry of my Account Validity Period?
Yes, you can purchase Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan Data Add-Ons via MyYes App only. - How long will my Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan account stay active from the date of activation of the Prepaid SIM Card?
Your Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan will have a period of twenty-four (24) hours Service Validity Period from the time of SIM card activation. The offerings under Your Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan will only be valid and usable within the Service Validity Period. Upon the expiry of the Service Validity Period, you will not be able to make any calls, send SMS, or surf the internet. However, you will still be able to receive calls and SMS, and make emergency calls. If you wish to continue making calls, sending SMS, or surfing the internet, You may purchase the available Add-Ons offered under Yes Travellers SIM Prepaid Plan within the seven (7) Days Account Validity Period from the date of SIM Card activation via MyYes App. - Will there be any charges imposed when I call other Yes numbers?
All calls made to Yes numbers (On-Net Services domestic voice calls) are free. - Will there be any charges imposed when I call numbers on other networks?
Yes, save for the preloaded first 10 minutes, all calls to other service provider networks are subjected to a standard rate.
