Additionally, a 20W USB-C Power Adapter (worth RM99) will be given FREE on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last!  You also stand a chance to win a 5-star luxury hotel stay at either Tanjong Jara Resort (worth up to RM900), Cameron Highlands Resort (worth up to RM800), or The Majestic Malacca (worth up to RM700).     The pre-order will be from 13th September 2024 until 20th September 2024 (7.59am).

  5. How do I redeem the Free 20W USB-C Power Adapter under Yes x Pre-order for iPhone 16?
    To redeem the free adapter, simply select the FREE 20W USB-C Power Adapter upon checkout.
  6. When will I receive the phone after I have pre-order?
    Delivery dates vary based on your location. Subject to stock availability, if you have pre-order between the dates below, you will get your iPhone 16 on 20 September;
    i,. For Peninsular Malaysia (excluding Langkawi, Kelantan and Terengganu):
    Pre-order between 13 to 19 September 2024, before 2pm
    ii. For Kelantan & Terengganu:
    Pre-order between 13 to 17 September 2024, before 2pm
    iii. For Langkawi & East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan):
    Pre-order between 13 to 17 September 2024, before 2pmFor all others, the delivery will be within three (3) to five (5) business days from 20 September 2024.
  7. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
    No. There will be no refund once the pre-order is placed.
  8. What happens if I change my delivery address?
    You are advised to provide the correct contact number and delivery address during the Pre-order. If you require any assistance, you may contact yescare@yes.my.
  9. I have not received my device. Who shall I contact?
    You may check your order status at www.yes.my/trackorder, or you can send your questions to yescare@yes.my.
