Yes, a contract period of 36 months will apply commencing from the date of activation of the SIM Card for Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion of Infinite Plus Ultra.
Alternatively, we also have a plan without contract on Infinite Basic Nothing Phone 2 which can be refer to service and rate offerings as per FAQ 3. - Can I use my existing mobile number of another telco with the Yes Infinite+ iPhone Postpaid Service Plans?
Absolutely! You can switch to Yes with your existing number during or after SIM activation. Check out our “Keep Your Number” section for more information. That’s not all! Upon receiving the SIM Card for Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion, you are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card. Failing to do so will result in the SIM Card being automatically activated after seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card. - As a foreigner, can I subscribe to any of the Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion?
Yes, you can subscribe to any of our Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion except for Infinite Plus Ultra without the upfront payment which is only applicable to Malaysian. However, there will be a deposit of RM200 which is applicable for each rate offerings under the Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion and payable upon registration. *Terms and Conditions apply. - What happens if I do not fully utilise my Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation?

The Monthly Commitment Fee rebate is only for a fixed period of time. No further extension on the waiver of the Monthly Commitment Fee will be granted beyond the period specified. - As an Alliance Bank Card Holder, am I entitled for the cashback under Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion?

Yes, notwithstanding the suspension of your Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion, your commitment to pay the monthly Commitment Fee shall continue during the period of suspension. - I just signed up for a Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion and already made a payment before, why do I immediately have an outstanding bill on my MyYes account?
The initial payment that you made when you signed up for a Yes x Nothing Phone (2) Postpaid Service Plans Promotion is a one-time charge that will be rebated in your first bill cycle. However, your bill cycle only start once you have gone through the SIM activation process. If your account activation is done within the bill cycle, your bill will be pro-rated. - Why does my Bill Cycle fall in the middle of every month?
