  1. What is Yes Merdeka Giveaway contest?
    The ‘Yes Merdeka Giveaway’ contest is a social media contest organised by Yes 5G to give you the opportunity to take home a vivo V40 5G smartphone for FREE! All you have to do is follow us on Instagram @yes.5g and follow some simple steps to stand a chance to be selected as a winner!
  2. Who is eligible to participate in the Yes Merdeka Giveaway contest?
    This contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 years and above.
  3. What is the duration of the Yes Merdeka Giveaway contest?
    The contest period will be from 23rd August 2024 through 6th of September 2024.
  4. How do I join Yes Merdeka Giveaway contest?
    Step 1: Purchase any of Yes 5G Postpaid Plan from RM35 and above in one receipt. Take a photo/screenshot of your receipt. (Winners will be asked to provide proof of purchase).
    Step 2: Download the Instagram App and follow @Yes.5G on Instagram
    Step 3: Participants must visit the Contest Announcement Post (“Contest Post”) on @Yes.5G’s Instagram profile and submit their creative answer to the question “How will you celebrate Merdeka using Yes 5G?” by 6th September 2024. Additionally, they must tag two friends in the comments section.
    Step 4: Ensure that your Instagram profile is set to public mode.
    Two (2) participants who have completed the steps will be chosen as winners based on the most creative answer.
  5. How will I be notified that I am the winner of the Yes Merdeka Giveaway contest?
    Winners will be announced on @Yes.5G’s Instagram on 11th of September 2024 and the collection of the prize will be at Yes Experience Store at Lot 10 Shopping Centre, Kuala Lumpur or via delivery to your given delivery address.
  6. Where can I get more information about the smartphone and accessories, such as specifications, repairs, replacements and warranty?
    You may refer to the respective manufacturer’s official website or contact the manufacturer’s customer service for assistance.
