Pakej SuperJimat is open to all Malaysians or non-Malaysians and must be at least 18 years of age before you can subscribe to the Pakej SuperJimat Postpaid Plans. - How can I apply for Pakej SuperJimat?
You may subscribe via the following channels:
(a) Yes website @yes.my;
(b) MyYes app;
(c) Yes Stores/kiosk; and
(d) Yes Authorised Dealers. - What is the duration of Pakej SuperJimat?
The Pakej period will be from 3rd April 2024 until further notice. - Is there any contract period if I subscribe to Pakej SuperJimat?
This package is available on a 12 or 24-month contract. - How many Pakej SuperJimat can I subscribe to?
You may subscribe up to three (3) SuperJimat Power 35 and three (3) SuperJimat Infinite Basic under Pakej SuperJimat, provided always that you do not have more than a maximum of fifteen (15) postpaid service accounts with Yes. - As a foreigner, can I subscribe to any of the Pakej SuperJimat?
Yes, you can subscribe to any of our Pakej SuperJimat Postpaid Service Plans. However, there will be a deposit of RM300 which is applicable for each rate plan offered under the Pakej SuperJimat Postpaid Service Plans and payable upon registration. - Am I allowed to sign up for the supplementary line under Pakej SuperJimat?
No, a supplementary line is not available for Pakej SuperJimat. - Will I be charged with any device upfront payment when I subscribe to any of the Pakej SuperJimat?
Device upfront payment is applicable for selected smartphone models. The upfront payment will be rebated over 24 months. - Can I use my existing mobile number of another telco with the SuperJimat?
Absolutely! You can switch to Yes with your existing number during or after SIM activation. Check out our “Keep Your Number” section for more information. - I have received my 5G-enabled SIM Card. How do I activate my SIM card?
Please refer to How to Activate SIM for more information. - Do I need to activate the SIM card immediately upon receipt, or can I do so at a later time?
Upon receiving the SIM Card, you are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card. Failing to do so will result in the SIM Card being automatically activated after seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card. - What happens if I do not fully utilise my hotspot data?
At the expiry of each Billing Cycle, any balance of unutilised Internet data in the Data Capacity Allocation in a particular Billing Cycle will not be carried forward to the succeeding Billing Cycle. - What happens if I fully utilise the hotspot data during any billing cycle?
To continue enjoying the Internet service at a faster speed, you may purchase Postpaid Hotspot Add-Ons through MyYes app. - Do I still get free unlimited voice calls if I am outside of Malaysia?
No, the free unlimited voice calls are applicable for use in Malaysia only and not for roaming purposes. If you are outside of Malaysia, you may subscribe to our International Roaming Service. Please refer to the International Roaming Service rates published at yes.my/roaming for more details. - Do I still get free unlimited voice calls when I am calling someone outside of Malaysia?
No, the free unlimited voice calls do not apply to IDD Services. As such, charges will be imposed if you call someone outside of Malaysia. Please refer to the rates published at yes.my/roaming for more details. - Do I need to continue with the payment of the Commitment Fee if my Pakej SuperJimat is barred during the contract period?
Notwithstanding the suspension of your Pakej SuperJimat, your commitment to pay the monthly Commitment Fee shall continue during the period of suspension. - Can I change my existing Yes Service Plan to Pakej SuperJimat?
Yes, you can visit any of our Yes Stores or Yes Authorised Dealers to do so or contact yescare@yes.my for more information. - Can I upgrade my Pakej SuperJimat within the contract period?
Unfortunately, no plan upgrade or downgrade is allowed during the contract period. - Will there be any charges imposed if I terminate my Pakej SuperJimat before the end of the Contract Period?
Yes, if you are under contract period, you shall be subjected to Early Termination Charges (ETC) for the remainder of the Contract Period from the termination date. - Where can I get more information about the smartphone, such as specifications, repairs, replacements and warranty?
