It is open to all Malaysian citizens who are below the age of 24 and a student in possession of a valid MyKad and a student identification card or an official email address issued by the respective education institution. - What is the duration for Pakej RAHMAH Prabayar Siswa Yes?
This Programme will be from 16th July 2024 until further notice. - How can I apply for Pakej RAHMAH Prabayar Siswa Yes?
You can apply via Yes Online Store (yes.my), MyYes app, Yes Stores and Yes Authorised Dealers. - How many Pakej RAHMAH Prabayar Siswa Yes can I register?
You may register one (1) Pakej RAHMAH Prabayar Siswa Yes provided you do not have more than a maximum of five (5) prepaid service accounts with Yes. - How long will my Prepaid Service account be active from the date of activation of the Yes SIM?
Your Prepaid Service account will remain active for a period of 180 days from the date of Yes SIM activation. To continue using Yes services, kindly purchase a Yes Reload or Data Add-Ons via MyYes. - Will I be allowed to carry forward any unused data under Pakej RAHMAH Prabayar Siswa Yes upon expiry of the account validity period?
No, you cannot carry forward any unused data after the expiry of the account validity period. Any balance of internet data which remains unutilised shall be forfeited at the expiry of the account validity period. - Can I purchase any Prepaid Data Add-On before the expiry of my account validity period?
Yes, you can. You may purchase additional Add-Ons through the MyYes. - Will there be any charges imposed for any On-Net Voice Calls and SMS?
All domestic On-Net Voice Calls are free. However, charges will be imposed on all international calls, roaming and IDD Calls and SMS in accordance with the voice calls and SMS rates found at yes.my/roaming. - Will there be any charges imposed for any Off-Net Voice Calls and SMS?
