Call forwarding is a supplementary service to redirect or forward incoming calls to another alternate number. It’s a relatively easy way to ensure that no call goes unanswered and you will not be missing any important calls. - How do I activate Call Forwarding?
You can activate a call forwarding service via the MyYes App with the steps below:
1. Log into MyYes App
2. Click the “More” tab on the home screen
3. Choose “Call Settings”
4. Enable call forwarding, key in the number and click “Confirm”
*To provide a +country code and follow by phone number.
5. Call Forwarding is “Successfully Activated”. - Is there any charges using Call Forwarding?
You will be charged Pay-As-You-Use call rates as per your rate plan. - Does Call Forwarding support during roaming?
Once you set to “Always Forward / Unreachable”, all the incoming calls will be forwarded to the intended number and you will not receive any incoming calls while you are roaming abroad. However, this service has to be activated before you leave Malaysia. The charges will be Pay-As-You-Use rates while roaming if using roaming call services. Kindly refer to Roaming Charges for more information. - Can I use Call Forwarding to forward my calls to an international number?
Yes. The charges will be Pay-As-You-Use rates on call forwarding to international numbers. For more information, you may refer to International Direct Dialing (IDD) rates Here. - How do I deactivate Call Forwarding?
You can deactivate a call forwarding service via the MyYes App with steps below:
1. Log into MyYes App
2. Click the “More” tab on the home screen
3. Choose “Call Settings”
4. Disable the call forwarding feature and click “Confirm”
5. Call Forwarding is “Successfully Deactivated”.
