It’s simple. All you have to do is:
Step 1 – Login to your Internet or Mobile Banking Service;
Step 2 – Select JomPAY from the Pay Bills menu;
Step 3 – Enter Biller Code (22376 for Yes), Ref-1 (Billing Account) and payment amount;
Step 4 – Verify the information and confirming the transaction.
Step 5 – A unique JomPAY Reference No. will be provided upon successful transaction. - How long does it take for my payments to go through?
The payments made during business day, weekend or public holiday will only be reflected on the next business day. - What is Biller Code?
Biller Code is a unique number to identify a JomPAY Biller. Yes’s unique Biller Code is 22376. - What is Ref-1? How do I to find it?
Ref-1 is Yes Billing account number. Ref-1 is printed next to the JomPAY logo on your bill statement. Just look for the JomPAY logo on your bill statement. - What is Ref-2? How do I to find it?
