Auto Reload allows you to automatically renew your Prepaid Reload at the end of the account validity period using your registered credit/debit card. You may subscribe to Auto Reload by following these steps on the MyYes app:-
i. Log in to the MyYes app;
ii. Go to “Profile”, then select “Billing Info” and “Manage Auto Reload” under Billing Setting.
iii. Enable Auto Reload and add your card details, then save.
iv. Choose your “Reload Amount” and “Reload Date”, and click “Subscribe” to Auto Reload. - When will my Prepaid Reload be renewed?
Your Prepaid Reload will be renewed on your chosen Reload Date. - Can I change my credit card details?
Yes, you can change your credit/debit card details through the MyYes app by following these steps:-
(i) On MyYes app home screen, click on “Profile”;
(ii) Next, click on “Billing Info”;
(iii) Under Billing Setting, click “Manage Card” to change your credit/debit card details. - Will my Prepaid Reload be automatically renewed if I finish using my Yes Credit before the account expiry of Reload?
No, your Prepaid Reload will be renewed according to the selected reload date you chose when subscribing to Auto Reload. - How can I cancel my Auto Reload service?
You may unsubscribe through MyYes app by following these steps:-
(i) On MyYes app home screen, click on “Profile”;
(ii) Next, click on “Billing Info”;
(iii) Under Billing Setting, click “Manage Card” to delete your credit/debit card details for cancellation. - Can I use a third party credit/debit card to subscribe to Auto Reload?
Yes, you may use a third-party credit/debit card, provided that the card owner agrees and consents to the subscription for Auto Reload.
