Yes, you can subscribe to any of our Yes Postpaid FT5G Plans. However, there will be a deposit of RM200 which is applicable for each rate offerings under the Yes Postpaid FT5G Plans. - What happens if I do not fully utilise my Data Capacity Allocation?
At the expiry of each Billing Cycle, any balance unutilised Internet data in the Data Capacity Allocation in a particular Billing Cycle will not be carried forward to the succeeding Billing Cycle. - What happens if I fully utilise the Data Capacity Allocation during any Billing Cycle?
You can still enjoy access to the Internet but at a stifled speed of up to 256kbps. To continue enjoying the Internet service at a faster speed, you may purchase Postpaid Data Add-Ons through the MyYes app. - Do the Yes Postpaid FT5G Plans allow me to participate in the Kasi Up Refer & Earn Programme
Yes, subscribers of the Yes Postpaid FT5G Plans may participate in the Kasi Up Refer & Earn Programme. For further details, please refer to the Yes Kasi Up Refer & Earn Terms and Conditions. - Do I need to activate the SIM card immediately upon receipt, or can I do so at a later time?
Upon receiving the SIM Card:-
(i) for the Yes Postpaid FT5G RM 49 plans, you are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within thirty (30) days from the date you receive the SIM Card. Failing to activate the SIM Card will result in an automatic expiration and your Service account shall be terminated accordingly. In such instance, any payment made by you, including the plan fee shall be automatically forfeited and no refund shall be made to you;
(ii) for the Yes Postpaid FT5G RM99 Phone Bundle plans, you are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card. Failing to do so will result in the SIM Card being automatically activated after seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card. - Do I still get free unlimited voice calls if I am outside of Malaysia?
No, the free unlimited voice calls are applicable for use in Malaysia only and not for roaming purposes. If you are outside of Malaysia, you may subscribe to our International Roaming Service. Please refer to the International Roaming Service rates published at https://www.yes.my/roaming for more details. - Do I still get free unlimited voice calls when I am calling someone outside of Malaysia?
No, the free unlimited voice calls do not apply to IDD Services, as such, charges will be imposed if you call someone outside of Malaysia. Please refer to the rates published at https://www.yes.my/roaming for more details. - Can I keep my existing mobile number on a Yes Postpaid FT5G plan?
Yes, you can port your existing mobile number into your Yes Postpaid FT5G plan during activation of the SIM. Refer https://www.yes.my/keep-your-number/ for more information. - Will there be any charges imposed if I terminate my Yes Postpaid FT5G RM 99 Plan before the end of the Contract Period?
