Media practitioners will just need to walk in to any of our Yes Stores and bring along your valid media certification card from the Jabatan Penerangan Malaysia (JaPen) for verification purposes to proceed with Yes plan registration to be able to enjoy the 1 time off waiver on your monthly commitment. - Upon expiry of the 1 time off waiver on the monthly commitment fee, can I apply for any further extension so that I can continue to enjoy the waiver of the Monthly Commitment Fee?
The Monthly Commitment Fee waiver is for 1 time off, only when you register during the waiver period. Unfortunately, no further extension on waiver of the Monthly Commitment Fee will be granted beyond the period specified. - Can I use my existing mobile number of another telco with the Insentif Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media?
Absolutely! You can switch to Yes with your existing number during or after SIM activation. Check out our “Keep Your Number” section for more information. That’s not all! No, the free unlimited voice calls are applicable for use in Malaysia only and not for roaming purposes. If you are outside of Malaysia, you may subscribe to our International Roaming Service. Please refer to the International Roaming Service rates published at yes.my/roaming for more details. - Do I still get free unlimited voice calls when I am calling someone outside of Malaysia?
No, the free unlimited voice calls do not apply to IDD Services. As such, charges will be imposed if you call someone outside of Malaysia. Please refer to the rates published at yes.my/roaming for more details. - Can I change my existing Yes Service Plan to Insentif Pascabayar RAHMAH Pengamal Media?
