You can continue to use internet data service but at a reduced internet data speed of 256kbps, or you can purchase a Postpaid Data Add-On (via the MyYes app or Yes Express Payment Channel) to enjoy internet data with no speed control. - Do I need to continue with payment of the Commitment Fee if my Service account is suspended during the Contract Period?
Yes, even though your Service account is suspended during the Contract Period, you must continue to pay the Commitment Fee for each of the Billing Cycle during the Contract Period. Please note that we will only bar or suspend your Service account if any of the events of default listed in Clause 9(a) of the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions occur. In the event that you register for a Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plan and in the event such Service account is suspended, You are still bound to pay the Commitment Fee for each of the Billing Cycle. - What will happen if I terminate my Yes Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plan within the Contract Period?
If you terminate your Yes Jaringan Prihatin Postpaid Service Plan at any time before expiry of the Contract Period, Early Termination Charges as more particularly stated in the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions shall apply accordingly. Step 1: Install the MyYes app.
Step 2: Click “Switch To Yes” in the “Quick Access” tab. Another “Switch to YES” button will appear. Click on that as well.
Step 3: Enter the number you would like to port in and click “VERIFY”.
Step 4: Click on the replacement Yes number and select “SUBMIT”.
Step 5: Wait for a confirmation text message from your previous Service Provider, reply with a “yes”.
Step 6: To check your status, go to “Switch to Yes” under “Quick Access”. Finally, select “CHECK STATUS”. - I have received my SIM. How do I proceed with activation?

Yes, but only if the SIM Card has not been mailed out yet.
