- The Campaign.
The “Yes x sooka” Campaign (“Campaign”) is a time limited campaign launched by YTL Communications Sdn. Bhd. (“YTLC”) (Company No. 200701035605 (793634-V)) operating under the brand name “Yes” in collaboration with sooka © 2024MEASAT Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd 199201008561 (240064-A) (“sooka”) and shall be governed by these Campaign terms and conditions (“Campaign Terms and Conditions”). - Campaign Eligibility.
2.1 Registered Yes Subscribers who have an active Service Account under Our Yes Services as listed below (“Selected Plans”) are eligible for the Campaign (“Eligible Subscribers”).
2.1.1 Yes Power 35 Postpaid Service Plan;
2.1.2 Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plans;
2.1.3 Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans;
2.1.4 Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Service Plans;
2.1.5 FT5G RM30 Unlimited Service Plan (Prepaid Plan);
2.1.6 Yes Prepaid FT5G 20 Service Plan (Prepaid Plan); and
2.1.7 Yes Staff Plans - Terms and Conditions.
Each Eligible Subscriber confirms and acknowledges that he/she has read and understood and agrees to be bound by these Campaign Terms and Conditions through his/her participation in the Campaign. Unless otherwise expressly set out herein, all terms and conditions in Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions, Postpaid Service Plans Terms and Conditions, Yes Infinite Plus (with upfront payment) Service Plans Programme Terms and Conditions, Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plans Programme Terms and Conditions, Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions, Yes First To 5G Campaign Terms and Conditions, Yes Prepaid FT5G 20 Programme Terms and Conditions, and Yes Wireless Fibre Service Plan Terms and Conditions found in my/docs/tnc (collectively referred to as “General Applicable Terms and Conditions”) shall remain valid and are incorporated to these Campaign Terms and Conditions as if such terms and conditions were stated in full herein. In the event of any inconsistency between the General Applicable Terms and Conditions and these Campaign Terms and Conditions, these Campaign Terms and Conditions shall prevail only to the extent of resolving any such inconsistency. Words in capital not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the General Applicable Terms and Conditions. - Campaign Period.
The Campaign will commence on 2nd August 2024 until 2nd February 2025 (“Campaign Period”). - Campaign Mechanism.
5.1 Existing Yes Subscribers of Selected Plans can purchase the sooka add-on through MyYes App to enjoy the sooka Services.
5.2 Existing Yes Subscribers of non-Selected Plans can convert to a Selected Plan in order to purchase the sooka add-on through MyYes App.
5.3 Only one sooka add-on can be purchased at a time for each active Yes account/Yes ID.
5.4 Each of the add-ons will be in the form of a Voucher Code issued to the Yes Subscriber’s email address and MyYes App upon the purchase.
5.5 The Voucher Code can only be redeemed via the sooka application available for download on App Store and Google Play or through sooka’s website/mobile website at www.sooka.my/redeem.
5.6 Each Voucher Code can only be redeemed once.
5.7 Each Voucher Code has a validity of thirty (30) days from the redemption date during which You can enjoy the sooka Services.
- Campaign

6.2 YTLC and sooka may, from time to time, in its sole discretion [and subject to the terms and conditions of sooka], shall apply to Eligible Subscribers on Campaign Offerings of sooka Services and/or any other services provided if applicable.

6.4 The Voucher Code is not exchangeable for cash.
6.5 YTLC reserves the right to cancel any Voucher Code in the event of fraud or if any other suspicious activity is detected. - Refund.
There shall be no refund under the Campaign for any reasons whatsoever. - Limitation of Liability.
YTLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Campaign. - Laws.
This Campaign shall in all respect be governed by the laws of Malaysia. - Modifications.
YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add to, delete, vary or amend the Campaign Terms and Conditions or change or modify any aspect of the Campaign, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to the Eligible Subscribers or any other party. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, YTLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign at any time before or during the Campaign Period with notice but without any liability or compensation whatsoever. - Definitions
“Device” shall mean personal computer, electronic tablet, mobile phone, and media streaming devices, smart television, sooka TV Stick or any similar devices.
“sooka App” means the sooka application for streaming sooka Services on a Device, made available for download from the App Store and Google Play.
“sooka Services” means the streaming services provided and operated by MEASAT Broadcast Network Systems Sdn. Bhd. and branded as ‘sooka’ via the sooka App or the sooka Website.
“Voucher Code” means a unique identification alphanumeric series sent to Yes Subscribers’ email address and MyYes App for their sooka Services redemption.
