- Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan terms and conditions.
The Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan is a postpaid service plan offered by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (Company No. 200701035605 (793634-V)) (“Yes”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan TNCs”). By Your subscription/use of any of the Service under the Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan, You acknowledge that You understand these Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan TNCs and agree to abide by them. - Applicable Terms and Conditions.
2.1 The Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan is available for subscription by You if You are 18 years of age or older as at the date of subscription.
2.2 Subject only to the variations as expressly set out herein, all other terms and conditions in the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions, Yes 4G Broadband Bundle Plans Terms & Conditions, the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans Terms & Conditions and the Yes Wireless Fibre Bundle Service Plan Terms and Conditions available at www.yes.my/tnc (collectively, “Applicable TNCs”) shall be applicable and are binding on You. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of any of the Applicable TNCs and the terms and conditions of these Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan TNCs, these Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan TNCs shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency unless otherwise stated herein. - Programme Period.
The Programme commences on 20th January 2023 and end on 25th August 2023 (“Programme Period”). - The Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan.
4.1 The Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan currently available for subscription, together with the applicable service offerings, are published on Our official website at yes.my, as may be updated from time to time.
4.1.1 The following will be provided under the Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan:
(a) a Yes 5G Infinite Gateway router (“Device”); and
(b) Three (3) 5G-enabled SIM Card consisting of One (1) Principal SIM Card to be used in the Device and two (2) SIM Cards for the supplementary lines. The 5G enabled SIM Card for the Device cannot be used in smartphones. The two (2) 5G enabled SIM Card/s for supplementary lines can be used in smartphones under the Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan. **Effective 13th December 2024, the 4G data has been increased from 150GB to 500GB. All existing customers will be automatically upgraded to the new data quota.4.1.3 There are two (2) supplementary lines available under the Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan. The details of the supplementary lines are as stated below:

4.3 The Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan may be subject to a Contract Period. Please refer to Our official website at yes.my for specific details on the Contract Period.
4.4 Download or upload speeds may apply to the Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the actual download or upload speed may have certain limitations and/or may vary depending on various factors including the Device or Subscriber Equipment used by You, the network coverage limitation and the number of simultaneous Yes Subscribers and/or users at the time of access. This would mean that You may not always enjoy continuous maximum speed each time You browse the internet.
4.5 You may subscribe to one or more Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan and up to four (4) supplementary lines for one Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan, always provided that You do not have, in aggregate, more than fifteen (15) Postpaid Service Plans registered with Us.
4.7 Upon subscription to Our Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan via online purchase, You are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card under the Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan, failing which the SIM Card will automatically activate.
4.8 Please take note that certain areas may not be within 5G network coverage. Where an area is not within the 5G network coverage range, You will continue to enjoy 4G connectivity on our Yes network.
4.9 If You are found to have breached any of the term in these Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Service Plan TNCs, We have the right to throttle the speed of Your Service or suspend or terminate Your account.
4.10 The data services enjoyed by You through Your subscription of any of the Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan is exclusive for Your use in Malaysia. You are not entitled to use the Data Capacity Allocation if You are outside Malaysia.
4.11 In the event that You have exhausted the data allocated to You under the Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan before the end of a particular Billing Cycle, Your data speed will be reduced for the remaining period of the said Billing Cycle at a throttled speed of 256kbps on a best effort basis. You may purchase our Data Add-ons.
4.12 The suspension of the Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan will apply simultaneously to supplementary line users subscribed under the Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan. Notwithstanding the suspension of such Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan, the commitment to pay the Commitment Fee shall continue during the period of suspension.
4.13 You are not permitted to transfer the benefits of a Principal or Supplementary Line or any part thereof to another Principal and/or Supplementary Line. - Charges
5.1 The applicable charges on the current Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan available for subscription are published in our official website @yes.my and are exclusive of SST. Any such applicable SST will be added to the charges and be reflected in Your Bill.
5.2 Save as expressly provided herein, there will be no additional charges imposed on domestic On-Net Service of voice calls and SMS and domestic Off-Net Service of voice calls. However, the following charges will be imposed on domestic Off-Net Service of SMS:Type of Off Net Services Rates (RM) Charging Block (in seconds) SMS RM 0.09/SMS – 5.3 Charges will be imposed for all International Roaming Service and IDD Service in accordance with the internet, voice calls and SMS rates published @ www.yes.my/roaming.
5.4 For clarity, charges will apply for voice calls to special and toll free numbers, including but not limited to those numbers listed below:

- Plan Advance Payment & Activation Fees
6.1 A Plan Advance Payment, Activation Fees and/or Upfront Payment (as defined below) may apply (please refer to our official website @yes.my). In such event, the Plan Advance Payment, Activation Fees and/or Upfront Payment shall be payable prior to the subscription of this Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan.
6.2 If You are a non-Malaysian, a deposit sum of RM 200 will be collected by Us (“Foreigner Deposit”) for each of the Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan(s) subscribed by You, and will be refunded back to You, free of interest, sixty (60) days after the termination of the Service, subject to any deduction of any outstanding sum which may be due to Us. - Subscription Channels
7.1 An Eligible Subscriber may subscribe to Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan through yes.my, MyYes app, Yes Authorised Dealer and Yes Store.
7.2 An Eligible Subscriber for supplementary lines under Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan may subscribe through MyYes app, Yes Authorised Dealer and Yes Store. - Early Termination Charges.
If You terminate Your account for the Principal Line or if You port out to another service provider at any time before the expiry of the Contract Period or if Your account for the Principal Line is terminated by Yes as a result of Your breach of the terms and conditions of the Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan and/or terms and conditions of the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans available at yes.my/tnc/ongoing-campaigns. You shall be subjected to Early Termination Charges (ETC). Please refer to the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions for further details on the ETC. - Additional/Removal of Service Plan. We reserve the right to add and/or remove any other types of Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plans to our offerings.
- Warranty. The Device provided to You as part of the Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan is subject to Yes limited warranty at www.yes.my/tnc.
- Exclusion of liability on use of Device. We shall not be liable to any person/(s) claiming through for any loss, damages or injury arising from the use or inability to use the Device from any cause whatsoever.
- Right to change. We reserve the right to change, modify and/or amend the terms and conditions of this Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan at any time. A modification, change and/or amendment to these terms will be deemed to be effective upon a notice being placed on Our official website or sent digitally to all affected Yes Subscribers.
- Definitions. All capitalized terms and expressions in these Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan terms and conditions, unless defined herein, shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions Terms & Conditions:
“Activation Fee” means a one-time fee which is non-refundable imposed on the Yes Subscriber upon subscription of any of the Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan.
“Foreigner Deposit” shall have the same meaning ascribed to in Clause 5.2 herein.
“Plan Advance Payment” means the relevant Commitment Fee collected in advance at the time of registration of the Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan, which is rebated to the Yes Subscribers based on the type of rate offerings under the related Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan subscribed.
“Upfront payment” means the relevant Fee collected in advance at the time of registration of the Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan, which is rebated to the Yes Subscribers based on the type of rate offerings under the related Yes Wireless Fibre CNY Promo Family Bundle Service Plan subscribed.
“Principal Line” means the Primary SIM user to be used in Yes 5G Infinite Gateway router.
“Supplementary Line” means additional line user of the mobile plans for smartphone use.
“SST” means any sales and services tax or any similar value added tax on the sale of goods or the provision of services in accordance to the Sales Tax Act 2018 and/or the Service Tax Act 2018.
