- The Programme.
This Ajak & Earn Programme (“A&E Programme”) is a time-limited loyalty programme launched by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (Company No. 200701035605 (793634-V)) (“YTLC”) operating under the brand name “Yes”. By participating in this A&E Programme each Eligible Subscriber agrees and acknowledges to abide by these Ajak & Earn Programme terms and conditions (“A&E Programme T&Cs”). - Eligibility.
This A&E Programme is open to all Yes Subscribers (who are individuals only) of a Postpaid Service Plan, Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Postpaid Service Plan, and/or Prepaid Service Plan (collectively the “Service Plans”) whose Service Account is active and not registered under a company or business registration number (“Eligible Subscribers”). - Applicable Terms & Conditions.
3.1 Subject only to the variations as expressly set out in these A&E Programme T&Cs, all other terms and conditions incorporated in the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions, Postpaid Service Plans Terms and Conditions, Yes Infinite Plus (with upfront payment) Service Plans Programme Terms and Conditions, Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plans Programme Terms and Conditions, Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans Programme Terms and Conditions, Yes Power 35 Postpaid Service Plan Programme, Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions, Yes First To 5G Programme Terms and Condition, and any other applicable terms and conditions available at www.yes.my/tnc shall remain valid and applicable to this A&E Programme (collectively referred as “General Applicable T&Cs”). In the event of any inconsistency between the General Applicable T&Cs and these A&E Programme T&Cs, these A&E Programme T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency. - Programme Period.
This A&E Programme is a time-limited Programme commencing on 9th April 2025, and will continue until further notice (“Programme Period”). - Programme Mechanism.
5.1 An Eligible Subscriber (Referrer) may participate in this A&E Programme by sharing his/her Referral Link or Referral Code with his/her family and friends (Referee).
5.2 When such Referee successfully subscribes to any of the Eligible Service Plans as stated in Appendix 1 by using/applying the Referrer’s Referral Link or Referral Code, the Referee and Referrer may be eligible to receive YesRM, subject to Clause 6 herein. If a Referee keys in a Referral Link or Referral Code of an Eligible Subscriber who is not the Referrer, the Referrer will not be entitled to earn YesRM.
5.3 Subject to the applicable laws, including codes, directives and guidelines issued by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission, a Referee may subscribe to multiple Eligible Service Plans by using/applying the same Referral Link or Referral Code and be entitled to earn YesRM. - YesRM.
6.1 A Referrer and his/her Referee may be entitled to earn YesRM if his/her Referee has successfully subscribed to any of the Eligible Service Plans by using/applying the Referrer’s Referral Link or Referral Code, provided always that both the Referrer’s and Referee’s Service Account must remain active during the YesRM Earned Period.
6.2 For clarity, “active” Service Account referred to in these A&E Programme T&Cs means the Referrer’s and Referee’s Service Account is not barred or suspended during the YesRM Earned Period.
6.3 For further details on YesRM and YesRM Earned Period, please refer to Appendix 1 herein. Every 1 YesRM earned and redeemed is equivalent to RM1, and may only be used for the purposes set out in Clause 6.4 below.
6.4 A Referrer/Referee may redeem the YesRM in his/her Rewards Wallet for the following purposes:-
6.4.1 Payment of Bill(s), as more specifically described in Clause 7 herein;
6.4.2 Purchase of Prepaid Reload, as more specifically described in Clause 8 herein;
6.4.3 Purchase of Data Add-Ons, as more specifically described in Clause 9 herein; or
6.4.4 Cash out, as more specifically described in Clause 10 herein. - Redemption of YesRM for Payment of Bills.
7.1 Subject to Clause 7.3 herein, a Referrer/Referee may redeem the YesRM in his/her Rewards Wallet to off-set against any payment of Bill provided always that such payment is successfully performed at any time prior to the termination of the relevant Service Account.
7.2 If a Referrer/Referee has overpaid his/her Bill by using the YesRM, then any amount that is overpaid will be used to set off against the Referrer’s/Referee’s future Bill(s) under the same Service Account, and will not be redeposited into his/her Rewards Wallet. For clarity in the event of termination of the Service Account and where there is any amount overpaid, such overpayment, less any deduction for outstanding sums payable to YTLC, will be refunded to the Referrer/Referee.
7.3 YesRM cannot be used towards payment of Bill by way of Auto Billing. - Redemption of YesRM for Purchase of Prepaid Reload.
8.1 Subject to Clause 8.2 herein, a Referrer/Referee of a Prepaid Service Plans may redeem the YesRM in the Rewards Wallet to purchase any of the available Prepaid Reload denominations provided always that the relevant Service Account is active.
8.2 A Referrer/Referee shall ensure that he/she has sufficient YesRM in his/her Rewards Wallet prior to purchasing any available Prepaid Reload. For clarity, a Referrer/Referee is not allowed to purchase any Prepaid Reload denomination of a higher value than the YesRM available in his/her Rewards Wallet. - Redemption of YesRM for Purchase of Data Add-Ons.
9.1 Subject to Clause 9.2 herein, a Referrer/Referee may redeem the YesRM to purchase any available Data Add-Ons, except for Data Add-Ons for International Roaming Service, provided always that the Service Account is active.
9.2 A Referrer/Referee shall ensure that he/she has sufficient YesRM in his/her Rewards Wallet prior to purchasing any available Data Add-Ons. For clarity, a Referrer/Referee is not allowed to purchase any Data Add-On denomination which is of a higher value than the YesRM available in his/her Rewards Wallet. - Redemption of YesRM by Way of Cash Out.
10.1 A Referrer/Referee may redeem YesRM credited in his/her Rewards Wallet by way of cash out via MyYes app subject to the following terms and conditions:-
(a) the Referrer’s/Referee’s Service Account remains active during such redemption; and |
(b) subject to Clause 6 herein, the Referrer/Referee submits such application via MyYes app by completing all the relevant information in the required fields. For clarity, a Referrer/Referee is allowed to perform one (1) cash out redemption only per day for a minimum sum of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM 50.00) only up to a maximum sum of Ringgit Malaysia Five Thousand (RM 5,000.00) only, provided that the total redemption of YesRM in a calendar month does not exceed the sum of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Thousand (RM 20,000.00) only.
10.2 A Referrer/Referee is not allowed to amend or withdraw any application for cash out of the YesRM once such application is successfully submitted to YTLC.
10.3 A Referrer/Referee may provide his/her bank account or bank account of any third party of his/her choice provided always that the bank account is with any of the banks in Malaysia for redemption of YesRM by way of cash out. If the Referrer/Referee decides to redeem the YesRM through a third party’s bank account, YTLC and/or its affiliates shall not be held responsible on any issue arising between the Referrer/Referee with such third party as a result thereof. Further, the Referrer and Referee shall and hereby agree to indemnify and keep YTLC and its affiliates indemnified against any such claim, loss and/or expense suffered by YTLC as a result thereof.
10.4 Upon successful submission of an application for redemption of YesRM by way of cash out in accordance with this Clause 10, YTLC will send a Transactional Authorization Code or commonly known as TAC via SMS to such Referrer’s/Referee’s (as the case may be) registered Yes Mobile Number and/or registered e-mail address associated with the related Service Account. In order to successfully complete the transaction to cash out from the Rewards Wallet, the Referrer/Referee is required to fill in the TAC in the designated field.
10.5 Each Referrer/Referee hereby agrees that the redemption of YesRM by way of cash transfer is also subject to guidelines imposed by Bank Negara Malaysia and all other applicable terms and conditions of the respective participating financial institutions in Malaysia. Each Referrer/Referee is responsible to read the terms and conditions of the respective financial institutions.
10.6 For purpose of Clause 7, Clause 8, Clause 9, and Clause 10 herein, a Referrer/Referee is entitled to redeem YesRM at any time prior to expiry or termination date of the Service by way of MyYes app. Any unredeemed YesRM in the Rewards Wallet will be forfeited and surrendered to YTLC upon termination of the Referrer/Referee’s Service Account. - Limitation of Liability.
YTLC and/or its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this A&E Programme. - Laws.
This A&E Programme shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. - Modifications.
YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add to, delete, vary or amend these A&E Programme T&Cs or change or modify any aspect of this A&E Programme, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to the Eligible Subscribers or any other party. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, YTLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this A&E Programme at any time before or during the Programme Period with notice but without any liability or compensation whatsoever. - Definitions.
“Eligible Service Plans” means the service plans eligible for this A&E Programme as more particularly stated in the Appendix 1 below.
“Referee” means an individual (family members and friends of a Referrer) who subscribes to any of the Eligible Service Plans through MyYes app or Yes Online Store by using/applying the Referrer’s Referral Link or Referral Code. For clarity, a Referee must be an individual and his/her Service Account(s) must not be registered under a company or business registration number in order to participate in this A&E Programme.
“Referral Code” means a code in the form of numerical character replicating the Yes Mobile Number of a Referrer’s Service Account under any of the Service Plans for him/her to share with one or more Referees, allowing the Referrer to earn YesRM when the Referee(s) use the code to subscribe to any of the Eligible Service Plans.
“Referral Link” means a unique link assigned to a Referrer’s Service Account under any of the Service Plans for him/her to share with one or more Referees, allowing the Referrer to earn YesRM when the Referee(s)y use the link to subscribe to any of the Eligible Service Plans.
“Referrer” means an Eligible Subscriber who has shared his/her Referral Link or Referral Code to a Referee.
“Rewards Wallet” means a digital wallet in which the YesRM earned by a Referrer/Referee during the YesRM Earned Period is reflected. For clarity, each Referrer/Referee will be assigned one (1) Rewards Wallet based on his/her MyKad or passport number registered with YTLC.
“Service Account” means the service account assigned by YTLC to the Referrer/Referee for each of the Service Plans/Eligible Service Plans (as the case may be) subscribed.
“Service Plans” means any of the Postpaid Service Plans, Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Postpaid Service Plan, and/or Prepaid Service Plans.
“YesRM” means reward in the form of credit earned by the Referrer/Referee, respectively, as more specifically set out in Clause 6, subject to these A&E Programme T&Cs. It is not legal tender, cash, bank notes, or currency, and has no monetary value.
“YesRM Earned Period” means the applicable period as stated in Appendix 1 herein during which a Referrer/Referee may earn the YesRM, subject to the pre-conditions as more particularly stated in Clause 6 herein.Appendix 1

For the avoidance of doubt, the Referrer will not be eligible to receive any Reward if the Referee subscribes to the Eligible Service Plan through any channels other than the MyYes app or the Yes Online Store.
