You may register for one (1) Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone plan as long as you have no more than fifteen (15) postpaid service accounts with Yes. - What happens if I do not fully utilise my hotspot data capacity allocation?
At the expiry date of each billing cycle, any unused Hotspot data will not be carried forward to the succeeding billing cycle. - Can I use my existing mobile number of another telco with the Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone plans?
Absolutely! You can switch to Yes with your existing number during or after SIM activation. Check out our “Keep Your Number” section for more information. - Do I need to continue with payment of the Commitment Fee if Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone plans account is barred during the contract period?
Yes, notwithstanding the suspension of your Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone plans, your commitment to pay the monthly Commitment Fee shall continue during the period of suspension. - Will there be any charges imposed on IDD Service?
Yes, charges will be imposed. Please refer to the voice call and SMS rates in relation to IDD Service at www.yes.my/roaming. - Do I still get free unlimited voice calls if I am outside of Malaysia?
No, the free unlimited voice calls are applicable for use in Malaysia only and not for roaming purposes. If you are outside of Malaysia, you may subscribe to our International Roaming Service. Please refer to the International Roaming Service rates published at www.yes.my/roaming for more details. - Can I change my existing Yes Service Plan to Yes Postpaid RM1 iPhone plans?
Yes, you can do so at our Yes Experience Store, Sunway Pyramid during your registration. - Where can I get more information about the smartphone and accessories such as specifications, repairs, replacements and warranty?
