  3. What is the minimum age requirement to sign up for the Yes 4G Broadband Student Plan?
    You must be 18 years of age and above.
  4. As a foreigner, can I subscribe to the Yes 4G Broadband Student Plan?
    Yes, you can. There will be a deposit of RM200 which is applicable for the rate plan offerings.
  5. Is there any end date for me to sign up for the Yes 4G Broadband Student Plan?
    The Yes 4G Broadband Student Plan will commence on 19th June 2024 and continue until further notice.
  6. How can I subscribe to the Yes 4G Broadband Student Plan?
    You can purchase any of the Yes 4G Broadband Student Plan through our selected Yes Authorised Dealers.
  7. How many Yes 4G Broadband Student Plans can I subscribe to?
    You may subscribe to one or more Yes 4G Broadband Student Plans provided always that you do not have, in the aggregate, more than fifteen (15) postpaid service accounts with Yes.
  8. Does the Yes 4G Broadband Student Plan come with a voice or SMS service?
    This plan does not support calls and SMS. The Yes 4G Broadband Student Plan is for data usage only.
  9. How do I check my data usage or make bill payment for my Yes 4G Broadband Student Plan?
    You may check the data usage and make bill payment via MyYes app or refer to Yes Payment Channels for more information.
  10. What is the warranty period for the Yes 4G Broadband Student Plan device and accessories?
    The standard warranty period for Yes 4G Broadband Student Plan device is for 12 months and the accessories for the devices are for 6 months.
  11. How many users can connect to the Yes 4G Broadband Student Plan device at one time?
    The Yes 4G Broadband Student Plan devices for Yes 4G Zoom can connect up to 32 devices per SSID (referred to as a network name) and Yes 4G Huddle XS up to 10 devices.
