- The Programme.
The Yes Prepaid FT5G 20 Programme (“Programme”) is a time-limited programme launched by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (Company No.200701035605 (793634-V)) (“YTLC”). - Eligibility.
The Programme is open to all Malaysians and non-Malaysians residing in Malaysia aged 12 years and above (“Eligible Subscribers”), provided that each Eligible Subscriber does not have, in aggregate, more than 5 prepaid service accounts with Yes. - Applicable Terms & Conditions:
Subject only to the variations as expressly set out herein (“Programme T&Cs”), all other terms and conditions incorporated in the Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions, Prepaid Data Add-On Terms and Conditions, Prepaid Hotspot Add-On Terms and Conditions, Yes Reload Terms And Conditions and Yes First To 5G Campaign Terms and Conditions available at my/tnc (collectively referred as “General Applicable Terms and Conditions”) shall remain valid and applicable to this Programme. In the event of any inconsistency between the General Applicable Terms and Conditions and these Programme T&Cs, these Programme T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency. Words in capital not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to in the General Applicable Terms and Conditions. - Programme Period.
This Programme will commence on 10thJune 2024, and will continue for such period unless otherwise notified by YTLC (“Programme Period”). - Application for Yes Prepaid FT5G 20.
5.1 Application for the Yes Prepaid FT5G 20 may be made via MyYes app, Yes online store, Yes Stores and Yes Authorised dealers.5.2 Each Yes Prepaid FT5G 20 consists of one (1) 5G-enabled SIM and a Yes Mobile Number. - The Programme.
6.1 The Service offering under the Yes Prepaid FT5G 20 are as stated below:-Plan Name Yes Prepaid FT5G 20 Price RM20 Internet Data (5G/4G) 50GB (Uncapped Speed) Hotspot (5G/4G) Yes, shared with data Account Validity Period 60 days (from the date of activation of the SIM Card) Service Validity Period 30 days (from the date of activation of the SIM Card) On-Net Services of domestic voice calls Unlimited Off-Net Services of domestic voice calls Unlimited On-Net Services of domestic SMS Unlimited Off-Net Services of domestic SMS RM 0.09 6.2 Each Eligible Subscriber is entitled to one or more Yes Prepaid FT5G 20 provided that the Eligible Subscriber does not have, in aggregate, more than five (5) prepaid service accounts with Yes.
6.3 SIM Card and eSIM Activation. A Yes Subscriber who has subscribed to the Yes Prepaid FT5G 20 Programme via online (Yes Online Stores or MyYes App) is required to activate the prepaid SIM Card or eSIM through the MyYes app. This one-time activation of the SIM Card or eSIM shall be done within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of Subscription of such SIM Card or eSIM, failing which the SIM Card or eSIM can no longer be activated and no replacement of the SIM Card or eSIM will be provided by Us.
6.4 For eSIM activation, once the eSIM is activated, the Yes Subscriber is required to download the Yes eSIM profile (“Yes eSIM Profile”) to allow the Device to connect to the Yes network to enjoy the Service. Please refer to yes.my/e-sim for more information.
6.5 A Yes Subscriber may enjoy the service offerings with an uncapped 5G/4G speed (Internet speed will depend on the availability of the 5G or 4G coverage).
6.6 After the Service Validity Period, a Yes Subscriber may purchase the Prepaid Plan Data Add-On or Hotspot Add-On (as the case may be) via MyYes app to continue enjoy the Service.
6.7 The unlimited On-Net Services are exclusive for the Yes Subscriber’s use in Malaysia only and applicable for communications between person-to-person personal use and not for commercial use. Therefore, non-personal use including without limitation conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication (including by using the Yes SIM in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs)are considered non-standard usage and is therefore prohibited.
6.8 Charges & SST.
6.8.1 Save as expressly provided herein, there will be no additional charges imposed on domestic On-Net Service of voice calls and SMS and domestic Off-Net Service of voice calls. However, the following charges will be imposed on domestic Off-Net Service of SMS:

6.8.3 For clarity, charges will apply for voice calls to special and toll free numbers, including but not limited to those numbers listed below:-

YTLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Programme. - Laws.
This Programme shall in all respect be governed by the laws of Malaysia. - Modifications.
YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add to, delete, vary or amend the terms and conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of this Programme, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to the Eligible Subscribers or any other party. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, YTLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Programme at any time before or during the Programme Period with notice but without any liability or compensation whatsoever.
