- The Campaign.
The iPhone Super Deal Campaign (“Campaign”) is a time limited Campaign launched by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (Company No. 200701035605 (793634-V)) (“YTLC”) operating under the brand name “Yes”. During the Campaign Period, the Eligible Subscriber (as defined below) is entitled to purchase an iPhone upfront with a complimentary plan upgrade and receive a rebate up to RM360 on the iPhone by subscribing to any of the Campaign Service Plan (as defined below). The Campaign shall be governed by these terms and conditions. - Eligibility.
This Campaign is open to all individuals residing in Malaysia who are 18 years of age or above at the time of subscription (“Eligible Subscriber”). All submitted personal details must be accurate and complete, and may be subject to verification upon request by YTLC. - Applicable Terms and Conditions.
Subject only to the variations as expressly set out herein (“Campaign T&Cs”), all terms and conditions in the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions, Postpaid Service Plan Terms and Conditions, Infinite Postpaid Hotspot Add-On Terms and Conditions, Yes Mobile Number Portability to Infinite Plans Campaign Terms and Conditions, Yes Mobile Apps Terms and Conditions and Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan Terms and Conditions (collectively referred to as “General Applicable Terms and Conditions”) and any other applicable terms and conditions available at yes.my/tnc shall remain valid and incorporated to this Campaign by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between the General Applicable Terms and Conditions and these Campaign T&Cs, these Campaign T&Cs shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency. Words in capital not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to in the General Terms and Conditions. - Campaign Period.
The Campaign will commence on 7th November 2024 and continues until a date determined by YTLC at its sole discretion (“Campaign Period”). - Campaign Mechanism.
5.1 The Postpaid Service Plans available for subscription by Eligible Subscribers under this Campaign are as follows:
(a) Infinite Plus Basic Service Plan;
(b) Infinite Plus Standard Service Plan;
(c) Infinite Plus Premium Service Plan; and
(d) Infinite Plus Ultra Service Plan;(collectively referred to as “Campaign Service Plan”).5.2 Each Campaign Service Plan consist of:
(a) One (1) iPhone 15, iPhone 14 or iPhone 13 (“Device”) (please refer to yes.my for the available iPhone devices under the Campaign);
(b) One (1) Yes e-SIM Card or Yes SIM Card with a unique Yes Mobile Number (“Yes SIM”);
(c) Monthly rebate of RM10 (“Rebate”) for a maximum duration of twenty-four (24) months or thirty-six (36) months, depending on the Contract Period; and
(d) An upgrade on hotspot quota (not available for Infinite Plus Ultra Service Plan).5.3 The service offerings under the respective Campaign Service Plans are:

Any subsequent Campaign Service Plan subscribed by the Yes Subscriber will be subject to the applicable Device Deposit.
5.4 To be entitled to the Rebate, the Eligible Subscriber shall, during the Contract Period:
(a) activate the Yes SIM within the time stipulated in the Campaign T&Cs;
(b) pay the monthly Commitment Fee, and there shall not be any unpaid or outstanding Commitment Fee; and
(c) not change, upgrade or downgrade the subscribed Campaign Service Plan.5.5 In the event the subscribed Campaign Service Plan is terminated during the Contract Period, the Eligible Subscriber:
(a) is no longer entitled to the Rebate and shall be exempted from claiming any Rebate in respect of the Campaign Service Plan; and
(b) is required to pay all applicable charges (if any) imposed on any products, goods and/or Services subscribed or used by the Eligible Subscriber at such applicable rates as published on the Yes website. See yes.my/tnc for more information.5.6 Yes SIM and eSIM Activation
(a) The Eligible Subscriber who has subscribed to the Campaign Service Plan online via my or the MyYes app is required to activate the Yes SIM through the MyYes app. This one-time activation of the Yes SIM is mandatory and must be completed within seven (7) days from the date of registration of the Campaign Service Plan, failing which the Yes SIM will be automatically activated without notice to the Eligible Subscriber.
(b) For eSIM activation, once the eSIM is activated, the Eligible Subscriber is required to download the Yes eSIM profile to enable the Device to connect to the Yes network to enjoy the Service. For more information, please visit my/e-sim.5.7 Subscription Limits.
(a) Subject to credit and eligibility approval, an Eligible Subscriber that is:
(i) NOT required to pay Device Deposit may subscribe to only one (1) Campaign Service Plan; or
(ii) required to pay Device Deposit may subscribe to more than (1) Campaign Service Plan, provided they do not have more than in aggregate fifteen (15) existing Postpaid Service Plans registered with Yes.5.8 Mobile Number Portability
(a) The Eligible Subscriber can port in their existing mobile number from another network operator. The Services, or any portion of it, may not be available immediately to the Eligible Subscriber upon porting. In the interim, a temporary Yes number may be provided to the Eligible Subscriber.
(b) In the event that the porting of the Porting Number fails for any reason whatsoever, the Eligible Subscriber will remain assigned to the temporary Yes number with access to Services based on their subscribed Campaign Service Plan.
(c) Upon successful porting of the Porting Number, the services associated with the originating service provider of the Porting Number will be terminated.5.9 To enjoy 5G services from Yes, the Eligible Subscriber must use the Device equipped with the Yes SIM or any other compatible devices. (Please visit yes.my/supported-devices/ to check which devices support the Yes SIM) The Eligible Subscriber may enjoy the service offerings with uncapped 5G and/or 4G data and speed (the internet speeds may vary depending on whether the Eligible Subscriber is in an area with 5G or 4G coverage).
5.10 Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation
(a) The Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation may only be used during the Billing Cycle of the Campaign Service Plan. If, in a given Billing Cycle, there is any unused Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation, such unused Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation will not be carried forward to the next Billing Cycle and there will be no refund for the unused Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation.
(b) If the Eligible Subscriber has fully utilised the Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation before the end of the Billing Cyle of the Campaign Service Plan, the Eligible Subscriber may purchase a Postpaid Data Add-On to continue enjoy hotspot services.5.11 On-Net Services
The unlimited On-Net Services is available only for usage in Malaysia only and applicable for communications between person-to-person personal use and may not be used for any other purposes, including but not limited to: monitoring services, transmission of broadcast, transmission of recorded material, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialling, machine-to-machine communication or other commercial uses, Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activities which do not consist of person-to-person use between individuals. - Charges & SST.
6.1 Save as expressly provided herein, there will be no charges imposed on domestic On-Net Service for voice calls and SMS and domestic Off-Net Service for voice calls. However, the following charges will be imposed on domestic Off-Net Service for SMS:Type of Off Net Services Rates (RM) Charging Block (in seconds) SMS RM 0.09/SMS – 6.2 Charges will be imposed for all International Roaming Service and IDD Service in accordance with the internet, voice calls and SMS rates published @yes.my/roaming.
6.3 For clarity, charges are applicable for voice calls to certain numbers, including but not limited to those numbers listed below:

- Subscription Channels.
The Eligible Subscriber may subscribe to the Campaign Service Plan through the Yes online store, the MyYes app, Yes Stores or Yes Exclusive Stores. - Warranty.
The Device provided under the Campaign Service Plan is covered by the Device manufacturer’s standard warranty. For details on coverage and duration, please refer to the warranty documentation included with the Device or visit the Device manufacturer’s website. - Exclusion of liability for use of the Device.
YTLC shall not be liable to any Eligible Subscriber and/or any person(s) claiming through them for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or inability to use of the Device for any cause whatsoever. By agreeing to participate and/or subscribe to this Campaign, each Eligible Subscriber agrees to be bound by the Campaign T&Cs and hereby accepts that YTLC’s decision is final and binding. - Refund.
There shall be no refund in respect of the Rebate Service Plan as well as products, goods and/or Services subscribed or used by the Eligible Subscriber for any reason whatsoever. - Termination.
Subject to the termination conditions stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions and these Campaign T&Cs, the Eligible Subscriber may terminate the Campaign Service Plan by submitting in a notice in the prescribed format to YTLC , supported by all relevant documents for verification. - Limitation of Liability.
(a) By participating in this Campaign, each Eligible Subscriber agrees and irrevocably and unconditionally undertakes to absolve YTLC of all liabilities and further agrees to indemnify YTLC on indemnity basis and hold YTLC harmless against any claim (including any third-party claims) and against any loss, damage, cost or expense (including legal fees and costs) that YTLC may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with this Campaign.
(b) YTLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Campaign T&Cs.
(c) To the fullest extent permitted by law, YTLC and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents and independent contractors hereby expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties, or endorsements, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of enjoyment of the service offerings under this Campaign. - Severability.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall (so far as it is invalid or unenforceable) be given no effect and shall be deemed not to be included in these Campaign T&Cs without invalidating any of the remaining provisions of these Campaign T&Cs. - Waiver.
No failure or delay by YTLC in exercising any right or remedy provided by law under or pursuant to these Campaign T&Cs shall impair such right or remedy or operate or be construed as a waiver or variation of it or preclude YTLC exercise at any subsequent time and no single or partial exercise of any such right or remedy shall preclude any other or further exercise of it or the exercise of any other right or remedy. YTLC’s rights and remedies under or pursuant to these terms and conditions are cumulative, may be exercised as often as deem appropriate and are in addition to YTLC’s rights and remedies under general law. - Laws.
These Campaign T&Cs shall be governed and construed by the laws of Malaysia and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia. - Modifications.
YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add to, delete, vary or amend these Campaign T&Cs or change or modify any aspect of the Campaign, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time, at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to the Eligible Subscriber or any other party. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, YTLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign at any time before or during the Campaign Period with notice to the Eligible Subscriber. Any cancellation, termination or suspension by YTLC of this Campaign shall not entitle the Eligible Subscriber to any claim or compensation against YTLC for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Eligible Subscriber as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
