There will be a penalty charge if you terminate the service before the end of the commitment period. You will be penalised with the remaining monthly recurring charges. - What is the billing cycle for the service?
The billing cycle is Monthly. - How long is the warranty period for the equipment?

You may subscribe to one or more Yes 5G Biz Wireless Broadband plan based on your business needs. Apart from that, we also offer Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Dedicated Leased Line (DLL), Virtual Private Network (VPN), Private 5G Network, SD-WAN, etc. - How long is the campaign period?
This campaign will be from 7 June 2024 to 14 June 2024. Seller are allowed to register during the campaign period only. Strictly no extensions allowed and any submission beyond the campaign period will not be considered. - How many times can a seller register for this campaign?
Each Seller can only participate in this Campaign once regardless of the number of accounts owned by a Seller on the Shopee Platform. - How do sellers be eligible to redeem Shopee coins?
Sellers who provided their details and registered for the 5G packages will stand to receive Shopee Coins.
(a) Shopee Coins will be credited to Eligible Seller’s Shop within 14 days from the end of Campaign Period.
(b) Shopee Coins availability is on a first come, first served basis, and limited to the first 1,200 Eligible Sellers.
(c) Shopee Coins are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and cannot be combined in exchange for vouchers with higher value.
(d) Shopee Coins will be credited based on the following:
i. Existing 5G user: 5,000 Shopee Coins, cap at 200 Eligible Sellers.
ii. New 5G user: 10,000 Shopee Coins, cap at 1,000 Eligible Sellers.
