MCMC will be conducting multiple surveys as listed below. The surveys will run from 4 July to 31 December 2024 and will be conducted online. Malaysian consumers aged 15 and above are invited to participate by accessing the survey portal on any device via the provided QR code or link respectively.
1) Broadband Quality of Experience Survey 2024 (BQoES 2024) – to collect data on consumer experiences and perceptions of broadband service delivery.

To protect your privacy, it is recommended to clear your computer’s cache and browser history after completing the survey.
Please note that the purpose of this survey is solely for data collection. No personal data, such as full names, credit/debit card, or bank details, will be collected. No money will be solicited, and no sales will be conducted. Participation is voluntary, but the cooperation of the public is greatly appreciated.
Any changes on the duration of the survey will be announced on the MCMC website: www.mcmc.gov.my.
