  4. How many Prepaid Kasi Up LTE SIM Bundle Plans can I register?
    In accordance with the law, an individual may register for up to a total of five (5) Prepaid Mobile Numbers.
  5. Can I still use the Prepaid Kasi Up LTE SIM Bundle Plan without registering my particulars with YTL Communications Sdn Bhd?
    In accordance with the law, all customers of prepaid services are required to register their relevant particulars with their respective service providers.
  6. When can I use the preloaded Unlimited Internet Data in the Yes Kasi Up Prepaid Unlimited and preloaded 20GB Internet Data in the YES Kasi Up Prepaid RM20 for 20GB?
    You may use the preloaded Unlimited Internet Data in the Yes Kasi Up Prepaid Unlimited SIM Plan and Preloaded 20GB Internet data in the Yes Kasi Up Prepaid RM20 for 20GB LTE SIM Plan upon successful activation of your SIM Card. To activate your SIM card, please download the MyYes app, press New User -> Activate SIM button and follow the activation steps.
  7. Does the Unlimited Internet Data in the Yes Kasi Up Prepaid Unlimited and 20GB Internet Data in the Yes Kasi Up Prepaid RM20 for 20GB have an expiry date?
    Yes, it does. It is valid for a period of thirty (30) days only from the date of successful activation of the Kasi Up Prepaid LTE SIM Bundle Plan.
  8. What happens to any unused data under the Prepaid Kasi Up LTE SIM Bundle Plan upon expiry of the Account Validity Period?
    Any unused data after the expiry of the Account Validity Period shall be forfeited.
  9. Can I purchase any Prepaid Data Add-On before expiry of my Account Validity Period?
    Yes, you can.
  10. How long will my Prepaid Service account be active from the date of activation of the Prepaid SIM Card?
    Your Prepaid Service account will remain active for a period of 30 days from the date of SIM card activation. After 30 days, you will be able to receive calls & SMS and make emergency calls. However, you will not be able to make any calls, send SMS or surf the internet. Kindly purchase a Yes Reload to extend your Prepaid Service account.
  11. Will there be any charges imposed when I call other Yes numbers?
    All calls made to Yes numbers are free. However, charges will be imposed on all international calls and SMS in accordance with the voice calls and SMS rates found at www.yes.my/roaming.
  12. Will there be any charges imposed when I call numbers on other networks?
    Yes, calls to other service provider networks are subjected to a standard rate. Please refer to the table below:-

  13. Can the Unlimited data service under the Yes Kasi Up Prepaid Unlimited SIM Bundle Plan be used with Huddle or Zoom device?
    You will not be able to use the Unlimited data service under the Yes Kasi Up Prepaid Unlimited SIM Bundle Plan on any of the Huddle or Zoom (home wireless modem) devices. The Unlimited data service under Yes Kasi Up Prepaid Unlimited SIM Bundle Plan shall be used with compatible smartphones.
  14. What happen once the internet data of 9GB for the use of hotspot under Yes Kasi Up Prepaid Unlimited service plan is fully utilised?
    Once the internet data of 9GB for the use of hotspot under Yes Kasi Up Prepaid Unlimited service plan is fully utilised, and you will not able to use the hotspot during such Account Validity Period. You can purchase additional hotspot data addon and for more info please refer to www.yes.my/tnc/products-services-tnc.
  15. Can the Prepaid Kasi Up LTE SIM Bundle Plan support iPhone devices?
    Yes. The Prepaid Kasi Up LTE SIM Bundle Plan supports iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 devices as Data SIM only. For models iPhone 8 and above devices supports Data SIM, VoLTE and SMS functions.
