The Infinite Supplementary Line Plan consists of five Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans available for subscription with the available plans under FAQ 6. - What are the services under Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan?
It allows the Principal User and his/her supplementary user to enjoy unlimited internet data and services as per the subscriber’s subscription plan. - Will I be bound by any contract period if I subscribe to any of the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan?
No, you will not be subjected to any contract period when you subscribe to any of the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan. - How long is the Programme period?
The Programme will commence on 9th September 2022 and continue until further notice. - How can I subscribe to the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan?

Infinite Ultra 12M - Can I sign up for multiple principal lines to subscribe to an Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan?
You may subscribe up to four (4) Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan(s) for each principal line, always provided that you do not have, in aggregate, more than fifteen (15) Postpaid Service Plans registered with Yes. - Can I use my smartphone as a mobile hotspot?
Yes, a hotspot is available on the Infinite Supplementary Service Plan. - Can I increase my hotspot quota of my principle and supplementary data?
Yes, you can purchase any of our Hotspot Add-On. - If I purchase the Hotspot add-ons for principal lines, will my supplementary lines enjoy the service as well?
No, for Hotspot Add-Ons purchase, it is only applicable to the respective mobile number that is purchased. - If the subscriber is an existing Yes subscriber, is he/she allowed to sign up for the Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan?
You may refer to FAQ 6 on the eligible plans for Infinite Supplementary Line. - If I am a Yes Postpaid plan subscriber, can I retain my existing number as Supplementary Line?
No, Supplementary Line subscription only for new sign up or via MNP. - Is unlimited data available for overseas usage?
No, the unlimited data offered under the Infinite Supplementary Lines plan is available for domestic usage only. Standard IDD rates and roaming charges will apply for any overseas usage. For more information, please refer to Roaming & IDD FAQ. - What happens if I do not fully utilise my internet data under the hotspot data capacity allocation?
Any internet data under the hotspot data capacity allocation which remains unutilised in a relevant Billing Cycle will be deemed as unutilised and cannot be carried forward to the succeeding Billing Cycle. - If my principal line is barred, what will happen to my line?
Once your principal line is barred, you will not be allowed to use unlimited data usage, outgoing calls and SMS will be restricted. Simultaneously, your supplementary line users will not be able to enjoy unlimited data usage and will be restricted from performing outgoing calls and SMS. - When can I activate the Yes SIM which I receive under this Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plan?
You must activate the Yes SIM within thirty (30) days from the date you receive the SIM (“SIM Activation Period”). - What happens if I don’t activate the Yes SIM at any time during the SIM Activation Period?
Your Yes SIM will expire automatically and your service account will be terminated accordingly if you don’t activate your Yes SIM within the SIM activation period. In such an instance, any payment made by you, including the commitment fee and any deposit, will be forfeited and no refund will be made to you.
Billing
- If I have subscribed to a postpaid plan/(s) in addition to the Infinite Supplementary Line Principal Plan, will I receive a separate bill for each of the plans including the Infinite Supplementary Line Plan?
No, the bill statement for the Infinite Supplementary Lines Principal Plan will be consolidated with the rest of the postpaid plan/(s) bill and you may view and manage your bill via MyYes app. - Will supplementary line users receive any bill statement?
No, only one bill statement for the principal line user and mainly can be viewed and managed the bill via the MyYes app. - Will principal/ supplementary line users’ usage details be listed in the bill statement?
Yes, the principal user’s and supplementary line user’s usage details will be listed in the bill statement.
Termination
- If I terminate my principal line, will the supplementary lines still be active?
If the principal line is terminated, all of the supplementary lines will be terminated as well. - What happens if I terminate the Principal and supplementary lines?
Upon termination of all the lines, your charges will be pro-rated for the usage period and this is in addition to any outstanding bill amount owing to us. Further, if you are under a fixed contract, you will also be subjected to early termination charges. - Where can I terminate my principal or supplementary line?
Only the principal user can terminate the account via yescare@yes.my or Yes Stores. The supplementary line user is not allowed to submit a termination request. - Can supplementary line users terminate their line on their own?
No, the supplementary line user cannot terminate his/her line. Termination of the plan must be from the principal user.MNP - Can I port in to this Infinite Supplementary Line Principle Plan?
Yes, you may port in to the Infinite Supplementary Line Principal. - How can I switch to the Infinite Supplementary Line Principle Plan?
Please visit our nearest Yes Stores or via MyYes app for any port in request. - Is there any charge for port in service?
There will be no charges imposed on port in. - Will there be any fees or charges that I need to pay during the sign up of the Infinite Supplementary Plan?
There will be no fees or charges during the sign up; however, the monthly commitment fee for the Infinite Supplementary Plan will be charged and reflected in the upcoming bill cycle. - Can my principal line and supplementary lines from other telco port in together?
Yes, you can port in from another service provider and set up to be as principal user or supplementary line. - Can I port out from this Infinite Supplementary Line together with my Principle Plan?
Yes, upon settlement of all outstanding (including Early Termination Charges (ETC) if any) and current bill amount. - Can my supplementary line port out?
No, users are not allowed to port out. - What happens if my principal line requests to port out?
Once your principal line is ported out, all your supplementary lines tied to your principal line will be ported out as well. - How long does it take to port in to Yes Services?
The port in process will take about 24 hours from the time of request. - What if I have more questions not addressed in this FAQ?
