You may subscribe to a Yes Fibre Postpaid Service Plan through Yes Authorised Dealers in Sabah. - Can I sign up for more than one (1) Yes Fibre Postpaid Service Plan?
You may subscribe to one Yes Fibre Service Plan provided always you do not have, in aggregate, more than fifteen (15) Postpaid Service Plans registered with Yes. - Does the Yes Fibre Postpaid Service Plan come with a voice or SMS service?
This plan does not support calls and SMS. The Yes Fibre Postpaid Service Plan is for data usage only. - How do I check my data usage or make bill payment for my Yes Fibre Postpaid Service Plan?

If you terminate the Yes Fibre Postpaid Service Plan during the Contract Period, you will be subject to Early Termination Charges (“ETC”). - How do I activate my Yes FT5G Discover Prepaid Plan SIM?
To activate your 5G-enabled SIM Card:If you are a New User, please follow the following steps:
(i) Download the MyYes app
(ii) On the login page, press “New User”
(iii) Press “Activate SIM” button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen
(iv) Once your activation is successful, you can now log in to your Service account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. You can also log in using the TAC method if you cannot find your password.If you are an Existing User, please follow the following steps:
(i) Login to the MyYes app
(ii) Go to Quick Access, press “Activate SIM” button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen
(iii) Once your activation is successful, you can now log in to your Service account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. You can also log in using the TAC method if you cannot find your password. - What are the plans for my Yes FT5G Discover Prepaid Plan SIM?
You will get free 10GB of mobile data with 30 days validity from the date of SIM activation, any unused mobile data will be automatically forfeited. - What happens if my Yes FT5G Discover Prepaid Plan account becomes inactive?
You will be able to receive calls & SMS and make emergency calls. However, you will not be able to make any calls, send SMS or surf the internet. Kindly purchase a Yes Reload or Data Add-Ons via MyYes app to continue using Yes services. - Will there be any charges imposed when I call other Yes mobile numbers?
There will be no charges imposed for domestic calls from a Yes mobile number to another Yes mobile number. However, charges will be imposed on all international calls and SMS in accordance with the voice calls and SMS rates found at yes.my/roaming. - Will there be any charges imposed when I call other networks?
