Yes, you can subscribe to any of our Kasi Up Postpaid Service Plans. A foreigner deposit of RM200 is applicable for each of the rate offerings subscribed under and of the Postpaid Service Plans. - What happens if I do not fully utilise my Data Capacity Allocation?
At the expiry of each Billing Cycle, any balance unutilised Internet data in the Data Capacity Allocation in a particular Billing Cycle will not be carried forward to the succeeding Billing Cycle. - Do I still get free unlimited voice calls when I am outside of Malaysia?
No, the free unlimited voice calls is applicable for use in Malaysia only which means you cannot enjoy free unlimited voice calls when roaming. If you are outside Malaysia, you may subscribe to our International Roaming Service. Please refer to the International Roaming Service rates published at www.yes.my/roaming for more details. - Do I still get free unlimited voice calls when I am calling someone outside of Malaysia?
No, the free unlimited voice calls do not apply to IDD Service which means charges will be imposed if you call someone outside of Malaysia. Please refer to the rates published at www.yes.my/roaming for more details. - Is there a Contract Period if I subscribe to any of the Kasi Up Postpaid Service Plans?
The Contract Period is only applicable to the Kasi Up Postpaid 49 (with contract) and Kasi Up Postpaid 30 Phone Bundle (with contract). Please refer to the Postpaid services table above. - For the service offering under Kasi Up Postpaid 30 Phone Bundle (with contract), when do I need to activate the SIM Card upon receipt of the SIM Card?
You are encouraged to activate your SIM Card immediately so that you can enjoy using the service offerings under the Package. Upon receiving the SIM Card, you are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card, failing which the SIM Card will be automatically activated after seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card. - If I am an existing Subscriber of any of the Postpaid Service Plans that is subjected to a Contract Period, will I be able to subscribe to any of the Kasi Up Postpaid Service Plan?
Yes, you may subscribe to our Kasi Up Postpaid Service Plans as an additional line provided that you do not have more than six (6) postpaid service accounts with us. Please refer to the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions for more information. - What happens if I fully utilise the Data Capacity Allocation during any Billing Cycle?
You can still enjoy access to the Internet but at a stifled speed of up to 256kbps. To continue enjoying the Internet service at a faster speed, you may purchase Postpaid Data Add-Ons by downloading the MyYes app. Please refer to the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions for more information. - Can I use the service offerings under the Kasi Up Postpaid Service Plan in any Device?
The service offerings under the Postpaid Kasi Up Plans are designed for smart devices use only. You may refer to www.yes.my/supported-devices for device compatibility. - Do I need to continue with payment of the Commitment Fee if my Postpaid Service account is suspended during the Contract Period?
Yes In the event that you register for a Postpaid Service Plan with a Contract Period, and in the event such Service account is suspended, You are still bound to pay the Commitment Fee for each of the Billing Cycle. - Can I switch to Yes while maintaining my number?
Yes, you can! Purchase any of our Yes plans and when you receive our SIM, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Download the MyYes app to activate your SIM.
2. During the activation process, select “Switch to Yes and Keep Your Number”. You should then get a confirmation request SMS to your existing number from your existing service provider.
3. Reply the SMS with your confirmation.The switching process should be done within 3 days provided that the existing number you intend to port in to our network is in the range of mobile numbers approved by MCMC; the Port In Number is active and not suspended, terminated or blacklisted and/or barred by any other service provider.
You should experience no interruption to your service during this time. If your port-in request is denied, please contact your existing service provider.

Yes. The Prepaid Kasi Up LTE SIM Bundle Plan supports iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 devices as Data SIM only. For models iPhone 8 and above devices supports Data SIM, VoLTE and SMS functions.
