- The Campaign.
The Raya Bonanza Free 44GB Data Campaign (“Campaign”) is a time-limited campaign launched by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (“YTLC”) for a period commencing 28th March 2025 until 3rd April 2025. (“Campaign Period”). An Eligible Subscriber (as defined below) is entitled to redeem the Raya Bonanza Free 44GB Data once only during the Campaign Period. - Eligibility.
All Yes Subscribers are entitled to participate in this Campaign provided that their Service account(s) (Prepaid and/or Postpaid) have not been suspended or barred and there are no outstanding amounts owing under the Service account(s) (“Eligible Subscriber”). - Campaign Period.
This Campaign will commence on 28th March 2025 until 3rd April 2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). - Terms and Conditions for Redemption.
4.1 To redeem the Raya Bonanza Free 44GB Data, an Eligible Subscriber shall comply with the following terms and conditions:-
(a) Redemption of the Raya Bonanza Free 44GB Data must be done by an Eligible Subscriber during the Campaign Period via MyYes app. For clarity, the Raya Bonanza Free 44GB Data will not be automatically credited for the Eligible Subscriber’s use unless he/she redeems the free 44GB Data in accordance with these Campaign terms and conditions. Once redeemed, the free 44GB Data will be credited into the Eligible Subscriber’s Service account.
(b) The Eligible Subscriber is entitled to redeem the Raya Bonanza Free 44GB Data in accordance with Clause 3 herein provided always that his/her Service account is active at the time of redemption.
(c) The Raya Bonanza Free 44GB Data comes with 2 days validity (“Data Validity Period”) upon successful redemption. The Eligible Subscriber may use the Raya Bonanza Free 44GB Data during the Data Validity Period. Upon the expiry of the Data Validity Period, any unutilized data from the Raya Bonanza Free 44GB Data will be automatically forfeited.
(d) An Eligible Subscriber may redeem the Raya Bonanza Free 44GB Data for one (1) time on each active account.

- Applicable Terms & Conditions.
Subject only to the variations as expressly set out herein, all other terms and conditions for the relevant Service signed up by the Eligible Subscriber incorporated in the Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions, Postpaid Service Plans Terms & Conditions, Yes 4G Broadband Bundle Plan, Fixed Wireless Internet Service, FIZ 2 Service Plans Terms and Conditions, Yes Speedzy 2 Service Plans Terms and Conditions, Yes 4G Home 2 LTE Service Plans Terms and Conditions, Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions, Yes 4G LTE Prepaid Plans Terms & Conditions, Yes First To 5G Campaign Terms and Conditions, Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans Programme Terms and Conditions, Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plans Programme Terms and Conditions, and the Yes Wireless Fibre Service Plan Terms and Conditions, found at www.yes.my/docs/tnc/ shall remain valid and applicable to this Campaign (collectively referred as “General Applicable Terms and Conditions”). In the event of any inconsistency between the General Applicable Terms and Conditions and these Campaign terms and conditions, these Campaign terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency. Words in capital not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to in the General Applicable Terms and Conditions. - Modifications.
YTLC reserves the right to, at any time, add to, delete, vary or amend these Campaign terms and conditions or change or modify any aspect of this Campaign in whole or in part at any time and from time to time at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to the Eligible Subscribers or any other party. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, YTLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign at any time before or during this Campaign Period with notice but without any liability or compensation whatsoever. - Laws.
This Campaign shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. - Limitation of Liability.
8.1 By participating in this Campaign, each Participant agrees and irrevocably and unconditionally undertakes to absolve YTLC of all liabilities and further agrees to indemnify YTLC on indemnity basis and hold YTLC harmless against any claim (including any third-party claims) and against any loss, damage, cost or expense (including legal fees and costs) that YTLC may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with this Campaign.
8.2 YTLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, pursuant to or in connection with these Campaign Terms.
8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, YTLC and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents and independent contractors hereby expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties, or endorsements, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of enjoyment of the service offerings under this Campaign. - Severability.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall (so far as it is invalid or unenforceable) be given no effect and shall be deemed not to be included in these Campaign Terms without invalidating any of the remaining provisions of these Campaign Terms.
