- The Campaign.
The Raya Bonanza Campaign (“Campaign”) is a time limited campaign launched by YTL Communications Sdn. Bhd. (“YTLC”) (Company No. 200701035605 (793634-V)) operating under the brand name “Yes”. The Campaign shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Campaign Terms”). - Campaign Period.
This Campaign will commence on 7th March 2025 and shall end at 11:59:59 PM on 8th May 2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”). YTLC shall have the sole and absolute discretion to extend and/or vary the Campaign Period without prior notification. - Campaign Eligibility.
3.1 This Campaign is open to all Malaysian who meet the following criteria (collectively referred to as the “Participants”):
(a) any new or existing Yes Subscriber who has subscribed to a Postpaid Service Plan;
(b) any new or existing Yes Subscriber who has purchased a Prepaid Service Plan and is 12 years of age and above as at the start of the Campaign;
(c) any new or existing Yes Subscriber who has subscribed to a Yes 5G Wireless Broadband Gateway Postpaid Service Plan and is 18 years of age and above as at the start of the Campaign; and
(d) Yes Subscriber whose service account is not suspended or barred at any time during the Campaign Period.3.2 The following persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Campaign:
(a) employees of YTLC (including its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates), and their immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, sibling, or child); and
(b) advertising and promotional agencies, dealers, retailers, and other representatives of YTLC;
(c) Individuals with an account(s) registered under a company or Business Registration Number (BRN). - Applicable Terms and Conditions.
Save as expressly varied and set out herein, the General Terms and Conditions shall remain enforceable and are incorporated to these Campaign Terms as if the General Terms and Conditions are stated in full herein. In the event of any conflict or inconsistencies between the General Terms and Conditions and these Campaign Terms, these Campaign Terms shall prevail only to the extent to resolve any such conflict or inconsistencies. Words in capital not defined herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms and Conditions. - Campaign Prize.
5.1 The prizes offered under these Campaign Terms are:
(a) Monthly Prize in the form of a Device in each Monthly Cycle:
i. Grand Prize: four (4) units of iPhone 16 (128GB) (RRP RM3999).
ii. Second Prize: two (2) units of iPhone 13 (128GB) (RRP RM2549).
(b) Weekly Prize of RM10 Duit Raya for up to fifty (50) winners in each Weekly Cycle.
The Monthly Prize and Weekly Prize are each referred to collectively as “Campaign Prizes” and separately as “Campaign Prize”.
5.2 There will be eight (8) Grand Prize winners, four (4) Second Prize winners and four hundred and fifty (450) RM10 Duit Raya winners (collectively referred to as “Winners”) during the Campaign Period. - Campaign Criteria.
6.1 To stand a chance to receive a Campaign Prize, Participants must complete all the steps below on each Weekly Cycle:
Step 1: Carry out any of the following Transactions as stated below to gain Entry Numbers.
Step 2: Download and sign in on the MyYes app and ensure that the Push Notification is enabled.

*Not applicable to Yes Subscribers who are currently on the following plans: (i) any Yes 4G plans, (ii) Pakej RAHMAH Prabayar Siswa Yes, (iii) Infinite Supplementary Line Service Plans, (iv) Yes Network Test Drive Programme (Yes Prepaid FT5G), and (v) Yes Data5G Prepaid SIM Pack.6.2 During the Campaign Period, only a Participant who have been shortlisted to receive the Contest Questions and have answered the Contest Questions correctly within twenty-four (24) hours is eligible to receive a Campaign Prize.
6.3 Each Participant may throughout the Campaign Period perform multiple Transactions with one (1) or more Yes service account(s) to gain as many Entry Numbers as possible, provided always that:
(a) only one (1) service account can win a Campaign Prize; and
(b) each Participant is limited to one (1) Campaign Prize during the entire Campaign Period.
6.4 The selected Participants (i.e. Participants who have carried out the Transactions and gained Weekly Entry Numbers but not shortlisted to answer the Contest Questions) (“Selected Participants”) will stand a chance to receive the Monthly Prize in the same Monthly Cycle by correctly answering the Contest Questions in accordance with Clause 6.2 of these Campaign Terms, provided that:
(a) all Weekly Entry Numbers gained from the same Monthly Cycle can be accumulated and converted into Monthly Entry Numbers and the aforesaid Weekly Entry Numbers shall then be reset to zero; and
(b) once the Monthly Prizes’ Winners for a Monthly Cycle have been announced by YTLC, all Entry Numbers gained by a Participant will be reset to zero.
No Monthly Entry Numbers can be carried forward or deferred to the next Monthly Cycle. Except as expressly provided for in this Clause 6.4, the Entry Numbers are not transferable and cannot be carried forward or deferred.
6.4 Any Entry Numbers gained after the Campaign Period shall not be considered and will be null and void.
- Announcement of Winner and How to Claim the Campaign Prize

All Winners of the Campaign Prize will be notified via Push Notification. The Winners of each Weekly Cycle will be announced on the Weekly Prize Announcement Date, and the Winners of each Monthly Cycle will be announced on the Monthly Prize Announcement Date, as indicated in Table 2 above.
7.3 Campaign Prize Redemption.
(a) For Winners of Weekly Prize, the Weekly Prize can be redeemed in the following manner:
i. credited as Yes Credits in the MyYes app wallet in respect of the Prepaid Service Plans; or
ii. credited as a Bill payment in the next Billing Cycle in respect of the Postpaid Service Plans or Broadband Service Plans.
(b) The Winners of the Monthly Prize will be prompted to arrange for the Monthly Prize to be delivered at their designated address.
7.4 The Campaign Prize is non-transferable, and there shall be no Campaign Prize substitution, exchange or redemption for cash or any other item, except as otherwise agreed in writing by YTLC, who shall at all times, reserves the absolute right to substitute a Campaign Prize of equal or lesser value.
7.5 The Device shall be accepted at the risk of the Winners, subject to the General Terms and Conditions including but not limited to the Limited Warranty for Products and Devices. No warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, is made by YTLC, its agents, sponsors, employees and/or representatives in respect of the Campaign Prize.
7.6 The Winner(s) shall be responsible for any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or other incidental expenses which may be incurred as a result of and/or related to the acceptance or use of the Campaign Prize.
7.7 Any returned as undelivered Device will not be re-delivered and/or re-awarded. YTLC shall not be liable in any manner if a Campaign Prize is lost, stolen or damaged upon or after receipt by the Winner. - Termination of Service Plan
8.1 This Clause 8.1 applies to the Participant: (i) whom as a result of this Campaign, has subscribed to any Service Plan(s) as stipulated in Table 1 (“Targeted Service Plan(s)”), and (ii) is awarded with a Campaign Prize (hereinafter referred to as “New Subscriber”). The following terms apply:
(a) Upon the receipt or redemption of the Campaign Prize, the New Subscriber must not terminate his/her subscription to the Targeted Service Plan(s) for at least thirty (30) days from the date of activation of the Targeted Service Plan(s) (“Holding Period”).
(b) Upon the expiry of the Holding Period, the New Subscriber may terminate the Targeted Service Plan(s) in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
(c) By terminating the Targeted Service Plan(s), the New Subscriber agrees that the Campaign Prize will be forfeited and shall be promptly returned to YTLC no later than thirty (30) days from the termination effective date.
(d) All such applicable terms and conditions related to the termination of the Targeted Service Plan(s) as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions including but not limited to payment of applicable Early Termination Charges or such other charges, will apply.
8.2 A Participant who is not a Winner may terminate the Service Plan(s) subscribed as a result of this Campaign in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
8.3 In the event of a termination of any Service Plan(s) subscribed during the Campaign, all payments and/or purchases made in connection with the Campaign and/or Transactions are non-refundable. - General.
9.1 Each Participant hereby agree that the participation in this Campaign constitutes a Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Campaign Terms and YTLC’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign and no correspondence, complaint or appeal will be entertained by YTLC at any time during or after the Campaign Period.
9.2 If a Participant who has won a Campaign Prize but is: (i) disqualified, (ii) found to be ineligible, (iii) in violation of these Campaign Terms and/or the General Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to the Acceptable Use Policy), or (iv) decline and/or fail to accept the Campaign Prize within the time as stipulated hereunder, the said Participant’s right to claim the Campaign Prize shall be forfeited with immediate effect and the Participant hereby unequivocally waive all rights, recourse or remedy arising from or in connection with this Campaign. If a Campaign Prize is forfeited for any reason whatsoever, YTLC reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion to award the Campaign Prize to an alternate winner or choose to not re-award the Campaign Prize.
9.3 Any attempted form of participation in this Campaign other than as described in these Campaign Terms is void. YTLC reserves the right to disqualify any Participants found or suspected, in their sole and absolute discretion: (i) to have been cheating, or to be tampering with the operation of this Campaign; (ii) to be acting in violation of these Campaign Terms; or (iii) to be acting with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of this Campaign.
9.4 The Campaign Prize will only be awarded to a Participant whose eligibility and participation in this Campaign has been verified by YTLC. The Participants and/or the Winners may be required to provide proof of identification and eligibility at any time as required by YTLC. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted on the registration form associated with such entry by the Participant.
9.5 YTLC reserves the right to refuse the participation, or refuse to award and/or allow the redemption of the Campaign Price to any person if YTLC in its absolute discretion believes that such Participant is not eligible under these Campaign Terms or may have breached, will breach, or has breached any of these Campaign Terms or such applicable Laws and YTLC reserves all rights take any action (including but not limited to legal action) against such Participant.
9.6 YTLC shall not be held liable for any delay, partial or total failure to perform any of its obligations under these Campaign Terms to the Participants if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of YTLC, its affiliates, authorized dealers, distributors, agents or suppliers.
9.7 There shall be no refunds to any such payments and/or purchases made during, arising from or in connection with the Transactions and/or Campaign for any reasons whatsoever.
9.8 YTLC shall not be liable to any Participants or any person(s) claiming through them for any loss, damages or injury arising from the use of or inability to use the Campaign Prize from any cause whatsoever. - Laws.
These Campaign Terms is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute or a claim arising under or in relation to these Campaign Terms, the Participant and YTLC shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. - Modifications.
YTLC reserves the right to add, delete, vary or amend the terms and conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of this Campaign, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion, without notice and without liability to the Participants or any other party. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, YTLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign at any time before or during the Campaign Period without any liability or compensation to the Participants whatsoever. In the event of such cancellation, termination or suspension of this Campaign, YTLC may, at its sole and absolute discretion, choose not to proceed with the Participants selection process and/or the Campaign. - Disruption of Campaign.
If for any reason this Campaign is not capable of running as planned or is disrupted for reasons due to and including but not limited to network failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, malware, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of YTLC or any party responsible for the running of any aspect of this Campaign, YTLC reserves all rights to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend this Campaign and these terms and conditions where it comes necessary to do so in YTLC’s absolute discretion, without prior notice or liability to any party. YTLC shall not accept any responsibility for any Campaign entries or submissions (including answer to Contest Questions) which were delayed or not received for whatever reason. YTLC shall not be responsible for any technical errors or service disruption in telecommunications networks, internet access or otherwise preventing participation to this Campaign. - Personal Data and Disclosure Rights.
13.1 By participating in this Campaign, the acceptance of these Campaign Terms constitutes the Participant’s unconditional agreement and permission to YTLC and/or its agents to use the Participant’s name, video footage, voice, photograph and/or likeness (as the case may be) for purposes of advertising, editorial, campaign, promotional marketing, trade and/or other purposes without notice, review or approval or compensation, unless prohibited by law. YTLC fully reserves its rights to such forms of publicity and publication.
13.2 YTLC shall process all personal data provided by the Participants, or which YTLC collects from the Participants, in accordance with the YTL Group Privacy Policy available at www.ytl.com/privacypolicy.asp, and consents to the processing of the Participant’s personal data by YTLC for the purposes stated in the YTL Group Privacy Policy, including for this Campaign. The Participants may request YTLC to delete their personal data before this Campaign concludes, but doing so may disqualify the Participants from participating in this Campaign. YTLC reserves the right to disqualify the Participants from this Campaign if any personal data provided by the Participants is false, inaccurate, or misleading. - Disqualification and/or Rejection of Entries.
YTLC reserves the right to disqualify any Participant at its sole and absolute discretion on the grounds of non-compliance with any of the Campaign Terms herein. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing is not meant to limit or curtail the rights of YTLC, who may also reject a Participant without having to assign any reasons whatsoever. Each Participant accepts that a decision to disqualify and/or reject a Participant shall be final and not subject to appeal. In the event of disqualification after the Campaign has been given, YTLC reserves the right to demand the return of the Products or payment of its value from the ineligible or disqualified Participant. - Limitation of Liability.
15.1 By participating in this Campaign, each Participant agrees and irrevocably and unconditionally undertakes to absolve YTLC of all liabilities and further agrees to indemnify YTLC on indemnity basis and hold YTLC harmless against any claim (including any third-party claims) and against any loss, damage, cost or expense (including legal fees and costs) that YTLC may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with this Campaign.
15.2 YTLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, pursuant to or in connection with these Campaign Terms.
15.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, YTLC and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents and independent contractors hereby expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties, or endorsements, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of enjoyment of the service offerings under this Campaign. - Waiver.
Any delay, waiver, non-enforcement, modification, amendment, withdrawal or substitution of any term or condition contained herein shall not affect the operation of the other terms or conditions so affected by such a waiver, non-enforcement, modification, amendment, withdrawal or substitution which shall remain in full force and effect. No act, omission, failure or delay by YTLC in exercising any right or remedy provided by law under or pursuant to these Campaign Terms shall impair such right or remedy or operate or be construed as a waiver or variation of it or preclude YTLC exercise at any subsequent time and no single or partial exercise of any such right or remedy shall preclude any other or further exercise of it or the exercise of any other right or remedy. YTLC’s rights and remedies under or pursuant to these terms and conditions are cumulative, may be exercised as often as deem appropriate and are in addition to YTLC’s rights and remedies under general law. - Severability.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall (so far as it is invalid or unenforceable) be given no effect and shall be deemed not to be included in these Campaign Terms without invalidating any of the remaining provisions of these Campaign Terms. - Definitions.
“Campaign” has the meaning ascribed to it under Clause 1 of these Campaign Terms.
“Campaign Prize(s)” has the meaning ascribed to it under Clause 5.1 of these Campaign Terms.
“Campaign Period” has the meaning ascribed to it under Clause 2 of these Campaign Terms.
“Entry Number(s)” means the total number of entry points gained by a Participant upon performing the Transactions during a Weekly Cycle or Monthly Cycle. Except as expressly stated otherwise, Entry Numbers shall mean Weekly Entry Numbers and Monthly Entry Numbers.
“General Terms and Conditions” means all such terms and conditions as stipulated in the (a)Postpaid Service Terms and Conditions, (b) Postpaid Service Plans Terms and Conditions, (c) Yes Infinite Plus (with upfront payment) Service Plans Campaign Terms and Conditions, (d) Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plans Campaign Terms and Conditions, (e) Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans Campaign Terms and Conditions, (f) Yes Power 35 Postpaid Service Plan Campaign, (g) Prepaid Service Terms and Conditions, (h) Yes First To 5G Campaign Terms and Condition, (i) Yes Prepaid FT5G 20 Campaign Terms and Conditions, (j) Prepaid Hotspot Add-On Terms and Conditions, (k) Prepaid Data Add-On Terms and Conditions and all such applicable terms and conditions published on www.yes.my/docs/tnc.
“Monthly Cycle” means the series of thirty (30) calendar day cycles during the Campaign Period starting from 7th March 2025.
“Monthly Prize(s)” has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.1(a) of these Campaign Terms.
“Monthly Entry Numbers” are the Entry Numbers gained by a Selected Participant accumulated and converted from the Weekly Entry Numbers in a Monthly Cycle.
“Participants” has the meaning ascribed to it under Clause 3.1 of these Campaign Terms and shall include Selected Participants unless expressly stated otherwise.
“Push Notification” means a notification sent to a smartphone Device on the MyYes app.
|“RM10 Duit Raya” means a gift in the form of money given under these Campaign Terms and can be used for various purposes within the MyYes app including but not limited to top-ups, purchases, or Bill payments.
“RRP” means the recommended retail price of a Device.
“Selected Participants” has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 6.4 of these Campaign Terms.
“Transaction(s)” means the transactions or activity as specified in Table 1 to be carried out by a Participant to gain Entry Numbers.
“Weekly Cycle” means the series of seven (7) calendar day cycles during the Campaign Period starting from 7th March 2025.
“Weekly Entry Numbers” are the Entry Numbers gained by a Participant from carrying out the Transactions in a Weekly Cycle.
“Weekly Prize(s)” has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.1(b) of these Campaign Terms. |“Winner(s)” shall mean a Participant who has won a Campaign Prize.
“YTLC” means YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (Company No. 200701035605 (793634-V)).
