- What is Ajak & Earn programme?
The program allows existing customers to refer friends and family to Yes services. Both the referrer and the referee can earn rewards upon the successful registration and activation of an eligible service plan. - What is the duration of this programme?
The campaign period will be from 9th April 2025 until further notice. - How do I join this programme?
To participate, share your unique referral link or code with your friends. When your friend signs up and activates their account, both of you will earn YesRM rewards.
To use your referral link or code, simply:
i. Log in to the MyYes app;
ii. Navigate to Profile screen;
iii. Tap on ‘Ajak & Earn’
iii. Tap on “REFER NOW.” - What is the YesRM?
YesRM is the Reward in the form of credit earned by the Referrer or Referee when their referral link (unique link) or code (Yes Number) is used for registration and successful activation of eligible Yes plans as below;Eligible Service Plan Total rewards

For the avoidance of doubt, the Referrer will not be eligible to receive any Reward if the Referee subscribes to the Eligible Service Plan through any channels other than the MyYes app or the Yes Online Store.
**Every 1 YesRM earned and redeemed is equivalent to RM1. YesRM may be used for the redemption purpose, subject always to these A&E Programme T&Cs. - How many people can I refer?
You can refer to as many people as you’d like! - Can I transfer or assign my Referral Code to any other person(s)?
No, you cannot transfer or assign your Referral Code to any other person. - Where can I track my referral status and rewards?
You can track the status of your referrals and any rewards you’ve earned by logging into the MyYes app and navigating to the ‘Rewards’ tab on the homepage. - Will I be excluded from participating in the Ajak & Earn Programme if my plan is not under the Eligible Service Plan?
You can participate in this program as long as you are an existing Yes subscriber. Simply share the Referral Code, and as long as your referee signs up and activates an account under the Eligible Service Plans stated in FAQ 4, you will be eligible to earn rewards. - When can I redeem the YesRM?
You can redeem the YesRM once it is reflected in your wallet. Please note that you may:
(a) Apply for one (1) YesRM cash withdrawal per day; and
(b) A minimum of RM50 to a maximum sum of RM5,000.00 per day.
In addition, you may perform YesRM cash-outs not exceeding RM20, 000.00 per month. - Will I be able to redeem the YesRM in the In Wallet once my Service account is terminated?
No, you will no longer be able to redeem the YesRM in the Wallet once your service account is terminated. - What happens if my referee cancels their account before completing the required period of YesRM Rewards?
If a referee terminates their account before all rewards are claimed, the rewards for the remaining months will be forfeited. - What can I do with the YesRM in my In Wallet?
You can:
(a) Cash out
(b) Pay your bill
(c) Purchase Prepaid Reloads
(d) Purchase any Data Add-Ons, except of Data Roaming Add-Ons. - How do I cash out the YesRM that I have earned?
1. Download the MyYes app and log-in;
2. Tap on the “Rewards” button on homepage;
3. Tap on “Redeem”;
4. Choose the Cash Out Option;
5. Key in your bank details, personal details and the amount you intend to cash out;
6. Tap on the button “Request TAC”;
7. Key in the 6-digit TAC number sent by way of SMS to your registered phone number; and
8. Tap on the tab “submit”. - How can I use the YesRM to perform Bill payments?
1. Download the MyYes app and log-in;
2. Tap on the “’Rewards’ button on homepage;
3. Tap on “Redeem”;
4. Choose the “Bill Payment Option”;
5. Tap on “Pay Outstanding Amount”;
6. Choose payment type as “My Rewards”; and
7. Tap “Pay Now” and complete payment. - How can I use the YesRM to purchase Prepaid Reloads?
1. Download the MyYes app and log-in;
2. Tap on the “’Rewards’ button on homepage;
3. Tap on “Redeem”;
4. Choose the “Reload Option”;
5. Choose the desired Reload Amount;
6. Choose payment type as “My Rewards”; and
7. Tap on “Confirm” and complete payment. - How can I use the YesRM to purchase Data Add-Ons?
1. Download the MyYes app and log-in;
2. Tap on the “’Rewards” button on homepage;
3. Tap on “Redeem”;
4. Choose the “Buy Add-Ons” option;
5. Choose desired Add-On;
6. Choose payment type as “My Rewards”; and
7. Tap on “Confirm” and complete payment. - Can I use the YesRM rewards for bill payment, to purchase prepaid reloads and/or purchase data add-ons if my service account is barred or suspended?
You may still use the YesRM rewards for bill payments, to purchase prepaid reloads or to purchase data add-ons even though your service account is barred or suspended. You cannot perform a cash-out of the reward if your service account is barred or suspended. - Is there any expiry date on the YesRM in the Wallet?
No, there is no expiry date on the YesRM in the In the Wallet. - How long does it take for the YesRM cash out payment to be deposited into my bank account?
It depends on the GIRO policy of each bank. Please check with your respective banks should you require any clarification. - What if I have more questions not addressed in this FAQ?
