This Pakej is open to all Malaysian citizens. - How can I apply for Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH?

For Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH under B40, customers may walk in to our Yes Stores to apply.

The Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH period will be from 31st August 2023 until 31st March 2024. - Is there any contract period if I subscribe to Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH?
Yes. This Pakej is on a 24 month contract. - What is the warranty 5G smartphone under Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH?
The warranty duration by the manufacturers for 5G smartphone is 2 years. - How many Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH can I register?
You may register one (1) Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH provided always that you do not have more than a maximum of fifteen (15) postpaid service accounts with Yes. - What are the offers for the B40 group under Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH?
The first 100,000 customers from the B40 group are eligible for a government subsidy device of RM120 on these 5G smartphones. For example, for a device price of RM240, customers only need to pay RM120. If telco offers lower than RM240, for example, RM200, the price the customer has to pay after subtracting the government subsidy is only RM80.In addition, if 5G smartphone is priced at RM100, the remaining balance of RM20 under government subsidy will then be credited into your Postpaid bill on the 1st month, which will be used to deduct part of your monthly commitment fees. This will also apply the same if 5G smartphone is priced at RM0. - I am under B40 and have subscribed to Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH without the B40 government subsidy of RM120. Can I change my plan to enjoy the government subsidy that includes RM120 off?
Unfortunately not. You are only allowed to register for one (1) Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH. - Will I be charged with any device upfront payment when I subscribe to any of the Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH?
Device upfront payment is applicable for selected smartphone models, up to RM240 only. The upfront payment will be rebated over 24 months. - Can I use my existing mobile number of another telco with the Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH?
Absolutely! You can switch to Yes with your existing number during or after SIM activation. Check out our “Keep Your Number” section for more information. - I have received my 5G-enabled SIM Card. How do I activate my SIM card?
Please refer to How to Activate SIM for more information. - Do I need to activate the SIM card immediately upon receipt, or can I do so at a later time?
Upon receiving the SIM Card, you are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card. Failing to do so will result in the SIM Card being automatically activated after seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card. - What happens if I do not fully utilise my hotspot data?
At the expiry of each Billing Cycle, any balance of unutilised Internet data in the Data Capacity Allocation in a particular Billing Cycle will not be carried forward to the succeeding Billing Cycle. - What happens if I fully utilise the hotspot data during any billing cycle?
To continue enjoying the Internet service at a faster speed, you may purchase Postpaid Hotspot Add-Ons through MyYes App. - Do I still get free unlimited voice calls if I am outside of Malaysia?
No, the free unlimited voice calls are applicable for use in Malaysia only and not for roaming purposes. If you are outside of Malaysia, you may subscribe to our International Roaming Service. Please refer to the International Roaming Service rates published at yes.my/roaming for more details. - Do I still get free unlimited voice calls when I am calling someone outside of Malaysia?
No, the free unlimited voice calls do not apply to IDD Services. As such, charges will be imposed if you call someone outside of Malaysia. Please refer to the rates published at yes.my/roaming for more details. - Do I need to continue with the payment of the Commitment Fee if my Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH is barred during the contract period?
Notwithstanding the suspension of your Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH, your commitment to pay the monthly Commitment Fee shall continue during the period of suspension. - Can I change my existing Yes Service Plan to Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH?
Yes, you can visit any of our Yes Stores or Yes Authorised Dealers to do so or contact yescare@yes.my for more information. - Can I upgrade my Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH within the contract period?
Unfortunately, no plan upgrade or downgrade is allowed during the contract period. - Will there be any charges imposed if I terminate my Pakej Yes 5G RAHMAH before the end of the Contract Period?
Yes, if you are under contract period, you shall be subjected to Early Termination Charges (ETC) for the remainder of the Contract Period from the termination date. - Where can I get more information about the smartphone, such as specifications, repairs, replacements and warranty?
