KAWKAWKAW Campaign

  1. What is KAWKAWKAW Campaign?
    The KAWKAWKAW Campaign is a limited-time campaign offering a Data Add-On with 999GB for only RM1. It is available for purchase by both Postpaid (Exclude Broadband) and Prepaid customers on selected plans. Terms and conditions apply.
  2. How do I purchase the KAWKAWKAW Add-On?
    You can purchase the KAWKAWKAW Add-On via the MyYes app under the following conditions:
    (i) You are a new Yes customer (Postpaid or Prepaid) signing up with a plan of RM20 and above.
    (ii) For existing Postpaid customers, you must have an active account (not barred or suspended) with a minimum monthly recurring plan cost of RM20 and above.
    (iii) For existing Prepaid customers, you must have an active add-on of RM20 or more.
  3. What is the duration of this campaign?
    The campaign period will be from 5th November 2024 until 5th February 2025.
  4. What is the charge and offering under KAWKAWKAW Campaign?

    *Data Add-On is valid until the end of the current billing cycle. It may be purchased again in the following billing cycle, provided the account remains active.

    *Data Add-On is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and can only be utilised during this period. A subsequent purchase can be made after RM1 Add-On Validity Period expires, provided it is still within the Campaign Period.

  5. Can I use my Yes Credit to purchase the KAWKAWKAW Add-On?
    Yes you can!
  6. How many KAWKAWKAW Add-On am I allowed to purchase at any one time?
    The Add-On is not stackable. You may purchase the KAWKAWKAW Add-On with 999GB for RM1 multiple times during the campaign period. Subsequent purchases can be made only after the previous KAWKAWKAW Add-On has expired within the campaign period.
  7. I have an existing Add-On and purchase the KAWKAWKAW Add-On before the expiry of my existing Add-On. What will happen to the Add-Ons?
    For Data Tonnage plans, the Add-On with the earliest expiry date will be used first.
    For Unlimited plans, any available Hotspot Data will be used first, followed by KAWKAWKAW Add-Ons, and then Unlimited data.
  8. How can I check my usage and balance of my KAWKAWKAW Add-On?
    You can check your usage and balance of your Data Add-On via MyYes app.
