You can purchase at Yes Online Store (yes.my/iPhone), MyYes App, Yes Stores or Yes Exclusive Stores. - How many iPhone Super Deal Campaign can I register?
You can register for one (1) Yes Infinite Plus Postpaid Service Plan without a device deposit, or more than one (1) plan with a device deposit, as long as the total number of Postpaid service accounts with Yes does not exceed a maximum of fifteen (15). - How would I know whether I have received the monthly rebate?
The monthly rebate of RM10 will be applied for the duration of your selected Contract Period with the purchase of the Yes Infinite Plus Plan, available for either 24 or 36 months. This rebate will be visible on your bill statement. - I have received my Yes SIM. How do I activate my Yes SIM?
Please refer to How To Activate SIM for more information. - When do I need to activate the Yes SIM?
Upon receiving the Yes SIM, you are required to perform a one-time activation of the Yes SIM within seven (7) days from the subscription date. Failing to do so will result in the Yes SIM being automatically activated after seven (7) days from the subscription date. - Am I allowed to choose a Yes Mobile Number when I apply for iPhone Super Deal Campaign?
You can do so during registration. - What happens if I do not fully utilise my hotspot data capacity allocation?
At the expiry of each Billing Cycle, any unused data will not be carried forward to the succeeding Billing Cycle. - Can I use my existing mobile number of another telco with the iPhone Super Deal Campaign?
Absolutely! You can switch to Yes with your existing number during or after SIM activation. Check out our “Keep Your Number” section for more information. - Do I need to continue with payment of the Commitment Fee if the iPhone Super Deal Campaign Postpaid Service account is barred or suspended?
Yes, notwithstanding the suspension of your Yes Postpaid Plan Service account, your commitment to pay the monthly Commitment Fee shall continue during the period of suspension. - Why does my Bill Cycle fall in the middle of every month?
When you register your Yes account, a bill cycle is automatically chosen for you. It is not possible to change your bill cycle. - Will there be any charges imposed on IDD Service?
Yes, charges will be imposed. Please refer to the voice call and SMS rates in relation to IDD Service @www.yes.my/roaming. - Do I still get free unlimited voice calls if I am outside of Malaysia?
No, the free unlimited voice calls are applicable for use in Malaysia only and not for roaming purposes. If you are outside of Malaysia, you may subscribe to our International Roaming Service. Please refer to the International Roaming Service rates published at www.yes.my/roaming for more details. - Can I change my existing Yes Service Plan to iPhone Super Deal Campaign?
