You can register for the Yes service at www.yes.my. Alternatively, You can download MyYes app from the Google Play Store, Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery or just visit any of our Yes Stores and Yes retail partners to register for Yes service. - Can I switch to Yes while maintaining my number?
Yes, you can! Purchase any of our Yes plans and when you receive our SIM, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!
(i) Download the MyYes app to activate your SIM.
(ii) During the activation process, select “Switch to Yes and Keep Your Number”. You should then get a confirmation request SMS to your existing number from your existing service provider.
(iii) Reply the SMS with your confirmation. The switching process should be done within 3 days provided that the existing number you intend to port in to our network is in the range of mobile numbers approved by MCMC; the Port In Number is active and not suspended, terminated or blacklisted and/or barred by any other service provider.You should experience no interruption to your service during this time. If your port-in request is denied, please contact your existing service provider.
