  1. What is Insentif Pascabayar RAHMAH Penjawat Awam (Civil Servant) plan?
    The Insentif Pascabayar RAHMAH Penjawat Awam (Civil Servant) is a special plan that offers a RM10 discount for 12 months on your monthly commitment fee to all civil servants in Malaysia in conjunction with the National Month.   2. Who is eligible to subscribe to the plan?
    This plan is open to all individuals residing in Malaysia who are 18 years and above, in possession of a valid MyKad or MyPR or MyTentera, whichever is applicable.
  3. How can I apply for the plan?
    You may walk in to our Yes Stores to apply, find the nearest Yes Store here and through the Yes website at yes.my. 
  4. What is the duration of the plan?
    The period will be from 16th September 2023 until further notice.
  5. How many Insentif Pascabayar RAHMAH Penjawat Awam (Civil Servant) can I register?
    You may register once, provided always that you do not have more than a maximum of fifteen (15) postpaid service accounts with Yes. Each customer can only enjoy a total discount of RM120.

  7. What do I need to do in order for me to get the RM10 discount for 12 months of monthly commitment fee under Insentif Pascabayar RAHMAH Penjawat Awam (Civil Servant)?
    Civil servants will just need to walk into any of our Yes Stores and proceed to register with our available Yes plans by providing valid civil servant’s documentation or staff ID.
  8. Upon expiry of the RM10 discount for 12 months of monthly commitment fee, can I apply for any further extension so that I can continue to enjoy the waiver of the Monthly Commitment Fee?
    The RM10 discount for 12 months monthly commitment fee is only when you register during the promotion period. Unfortunately, no further extension of discount will be granted beyond the period specified.
  9. Can I use my existing mobile number of another telco with the Insentif Pascabayar RAHMAH Penjawat Awam (Civil Servant)?
    Absolutely! You can switch to Yes with your existing number during or after SIM activation. Check out our “Keep Your Number” section for more information.
  10. What happens if I do not fully utilise my hotspot data?
    At the expiry of each Billing Cycle, any balance of unutilised Internet data in the Data Capacity Allocation in a particular Billing Cycle will not be carried forward to the succeeding Billing Cycle.
  11. What happens if I fully utilise the hotspot data during any billing cycle?
    To continue enjoying the Internet service at a faster speed, you may purchase Postpaid Hotspot Add-Ons through MyYes app.
  12. Do I still get free unlimited voice calls if I am outside of Malaysia?
    No, the free unlimited voice calls are applicable for use in Malaysia only and not for roaming purposes. If you are outside of Malaysia, you may subscribe to our International Roaming Service. Please refer to the International Roaming Service rates published at yes.my/roaming for more details.
  13. Do I still get free unlimited voice calls when I am calling someone outside of Malaysia?
    No, the free unlimited voice calls do not apply to IDD Services. As such, charges will be imposed if you call someone outside of Malaysia. Please refer to the rates published at yes.my/roaming for more details.
  14. Can I change my existing Yes Service Plan to Insentif Pascabayar RAHMAH Penjawat Awam (Civil Servant)?
    Yes, you can visit any of our Yes Stores to do so, provided you are not tied to any contract. This incentive is only available for SIM-only plan subscription.
