A. If you are a Yes Subscriber of any of the below Postpaid Service Plan;

Walking in to any nearest Yes Stores or contact Customer Care Centre yescare@yes.my to request to enable IDD service.B. If you are a Yes Subscriber of
any other than below Postpaid or Prepaid Service Plan;

Upon successfully completing the required verification of registration process, during your Yes plan registration in any of Our Yes Stores or through the electronic Know Your Customer apps (eKYC).
C. If you are a Yes Subscriber of any of the Prepaid Service Plan; You may activate the IDD Service when:
(i) Upon successfully completing the required verification of registration process, during your Yes plan registration in any of Our Yes Stores or through the electronic Know Your Customer apps (eKYC).
(ii) Please ensure that you have sufficient Yes Credits and/or Yes Reload in your Prepaid Service account for your use of the IDD Service. - What are call charges rates on IDD Service to mobile devices and fixed lines?
The call charges rates on IDD Service are made available @ www.yes.my/roaming.
