1. What is Yes Databack x Shopee?
   Every RM50 you spend in the Shopee entitles you to 5GB of free Yes data. Each additional RM50 spent will earn you an extra 5GB per RM50 spent, up to a maximum of 100GB of free data *Terms and Conditions apply. For example, if you have spent RM100 in January, you will receive 10GB in February.
2. Is there a limit to the number of Yes Databack x Shopee vouchers that can be claimed by a single Shopee ID?
   There is no limit to the number of vouchers that can be claimed on a single Shopee ID. However, Yes Databack x Shopee vouchers for one (1) ShopeeID can only be redeemed under one (1) NRIC/Passport. Once you have claimed the Yes Databack from a particular Shopee ID to a Yes service account or mobile number for the first time, the Shopee ID will be paired with the registered NRIC/Passport of the particular Yes service account or mobile number in future. This means, in the future, all vouchers received from claimed Shopee ID can be redeemed by any Yes service account or mobile number as long as the Shopee ID is registered under the same NRIC/Passport.
3. What is the validity period of the Yes Databack x Shopee voucher?
   The Yes Databack x Shopee voucher expires after four (4) months from the date of issue, but once activated the data claimed has to be used within 30 days.
4. I did not receive any Yes Databack x Shopee vouchers, how do I get the Yes Databack x Shopee voucher?
   To qualify for the Yes Databack vouchers, Shopee users must spend a minimum of RM50 in the Shopee. Each additional RM50 spent will earn you an extra 5GB per RM50 spent, up to a maximum of 100GB of free Yes data.Yes Databack x Shopee vouchers are credited automatically into your Shopee account, and you can find your vouchers in our Yes circle in the Shopee App!Please refer to your historical spend in the past calendar month (e.g. 1 June – 30 June). If you have spent RM50 or above, you will be able to retrieve your Yes Databack x Shopee voucher.
   In the event you do not see it and have qualified based on your spending, please refer to Shopee’s Customer Service for further assistance.Please take note that the Yes Databack x Shopee voucher is available while stocks last and is subject to the Terms and Conditions (available in Shopee) of the Yes Databack x Shopee Promotion.
5. I’m an existing Yes user, how do I redeem the Yes Databack x Shopee voucher?
   Access and retrieve your Yes Databack x Shopee voucher from the Shopee app. Here’s how:
   Launch the Shopee app.
   2. Open Notifications.
   3. Look for Shopee updates.
   4. Claim your Yes Databack x Shopee voucher.

   Then download/launch the MyYes app and follow these steps:
   1. Click on “Have a Voucher? Redeem Here” on the Main Page of the MyYes app.
   2. Key in the voucher serial number and Shopee ID then click the “Verify” button.
   3. Once your redemption is successful, the free data will be credited automatically into your Yes account.

   Notes; 
   i. The Databack x Shopee Voucher Promotion will also be available for Hotspot Add-Ons that support 4G and 5G data as well as for Data Tonnage Add-Ons supporting 4G and 5G.
   ii. Databack x Shopee Voucher Promotion redemption under FT5G Plans, for Hotspot and Data tonnage Add-Ons are shared between 5G and 4G. The Data Usage and Speed are subject to relevant 5G or 4G coverage.
   iii. Effective 2nd of November 2022, For Prepaid Plans, it is required for the subscriber to have an active Prepaid Add-Ons with a minimum value of RM15 and above under one Add-Ons transaction on Databack Voucher redemption for Data Tonnage Add-Ons. *Terms and conditions apply.

6. What is the validity of the free Yes data once I’ve redeemed it on the MyYes app?
   The free data will be valid for up to 30 days from the date of redemption.

7. I have signed up for a Yes plan that comes with Unlimited Data. Will the Yes Databack x Shopee voucher be beneficial to me?
   Yes Databack x Shopee Voucher Hotspot Add-On can be claimed for Yes Infinite+ Postpaid Service Plans Programme and Yes Infinite Postpaid Service Plans Programme.
8. My Yes Databack data is not reflected in my Yes account, how do I resolve this?
   Ensure your Yes service plan is active in order to utilise and enjoy the free data. If the free data is still not reflected in your Yes account, please contact YesCare via email at yescare@yes.my and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
9. Is the Yes Databack x Shopee voucher stackable?
   Yes, the Yes Databack x Shopee voucher is stackable.
10. Can I transfer the Yes Databack x Shopee voucher or share it with my friend or family member?
    Yes Databack x Shopee vouchers from one (1) Shopee ID can only be claimed on one (1) Yes service account/mobile number.The vouchers received from claimed Shopee ID can be redeemed by any Yes service account or mobile number as long as the Shopee ID is registered under the same NRIC/Passport.
