During a network upgrade, it’s normal to have interruptions or unstable connections. This happens because we’re updating equipment and testing new settings to improve the network.These issues are temporary and will lead to a better, more reliable connection once the upgrade is complete.

The site upgrade usually takes around 1 to 3 months, whereby users will be informed upon completion that the network is ready for use.
