You can purchase at Yes Online Store (www.yes.my), MyYes App, Yes Stores or Yes Authorised Dealers. - How many of Yes Infinite Cashback Postpaid Service Plans can I register?
You can register for a maximum of 15 Infinite Cashback plans, provided you do not exceed a total of 15 Yes Postpaid service plans. - How would I know whether I have received the cashback?
You can always check your cashback via your Yes Wallet via MyYes App. On MyYes App home screen click on “Cash Balance” and your cashback will be credited under “In Wallet”. - What can I do with the cashback received in Yes Wallet?
The cashback is as good as cash! It will be credited to your MyYes app wallet. You can use it to:
(a) Pay Postpaid bills
(b) Purchase prepaid reloads
(c) Purchase data add-ons, except data roaming passes
(d) Transfer directly to your bank account
(e) Save up to purchase the next iPhone! - I have received my Yes SIM. How do I activate my Yes SIM?

Upon receiving the Yes SIM, you are required to perform a one-time activation within thirty (30) days from the subscription date. Failing to do so will result in the Yes SIM no longer being activated, and there will be no replacement or refund available. - Am I allowed to choose a Yes Mobile Number when I apply for Yes Infinite Cashback Postpaid Service Plans?
Yes. You can do so, during Yes SIM activation. - What happens if I do not fully utilise my hotspot data capacity allocation?
At the expiry of each Billing Cycle, any unused data within the Billing Cycle Hotspot Data Capacity Allocation will not be carried forward to the succeeding Billing Cycle. - Can I use my existing mobile number of another telco with the Yes Infinite Cashback Postpaid Service Plans?
Absolutely! You can switch to Yes with your existing number during or after SIM activation. Check out our “Keep Your Number” section for more information. - Do I need to continue with payment of the Commitment Fee if my Yes Infinite Cashback Postpaid Service account is barred or suspended?
Yes, notwithstanding the suspension of your Yes Infinite Cashback Postpaid Plan Service account, your commitment to pay the monthly Commitment Fee shall continue during the period of suspension. - Why does my Bill Cycle fall in the middle of every month?
When you register your Yes account, a bill cycle is automatically chosen for you. It is not possible to change your bill cycle. - Will there be any charges imposed on IDD Service?
Yes, charges will be imposed. Please refer to the voice call and SMS rates in relation to IDD Service @www.yes.my/roaming. - Do I still get free unlimited voice calls if I am outside of Malaysia?
No, the free unlimited voice calls are applicable for use in Malaysia only and not for roaming purposes. If you are outside of Malaysia, you may subscribe to our International Roaming Service. Please refer to the International Roaming Service rates published at www.yes.my/roaming for more details. - Can I change my existing Yes Service Plan to Yes Infinite Cashback Postpaid Service Plans?
